Since 2022, Alhaud Islamic Academy Palawan has been providing a place of learning to women especially mothers and those who are not able to attend in-school, stay-in programs due to their circumstances & other equally important responsibilities in life.

Alhamdulillah. What began as a gentle intention became a transformative journey of the heart. And today, we close this chapter with hearts fuller, softer, and more awake than before.

From understanding the heart, to unlocking its keys.
From striving to become a heart Allah loves, to walking the journey back to Him.
And finally, learning how to live daily with a pure heart. This was not just a program, it was a return.

Every session carried tears, reflections, duʿā’, awakenings, and sincere efforts toward tazkiyah. Every heart that showed up chose healing over hardness, consciousness over distraction, and Allah over everything else.

This journey was worth every moment.
And though the program concludes, the work of the heart continues. Gently, intentionally, for the sake of Allah.

﴿إِلّا مَن أَتَى اللَّهَ بِقَلبٍ سَليمٍ﴾
“On that Day, only the one who comes to Allah with a pure heart will succeed.”
(Qur’an 26:89)

May Allah accept it from us, preserve what was planted, and allow our hearts to remain forever on this path.

Warmest Congratulations to Atty. Mae Joyce S. Magbanua-Anjalin, SCL for placing 3rd in the 2025 Shari’ah Special Bar Examinations, with an outstanding rating of 86.3750%.

We take immense pride in this remarkable achievement. While Atty. Mae Joyce is a pioneering member of Alhaud Islamic Academy for Women in Marawi City, she has also played an important role in the growth of Alhaud Islamic Academy Palawn by graciously serving as a guest speaker during some of our most significant programs: the Multaqa in 2022 and the Qaidah Nuraniah Completion Ceremony in 2023.

Her continued excellence and dedication to both the legal and Islamic communities serve as an inspiration to us all.

Mubarak, Atty. Mae Joyce! Your accomplishments bring honor to the Ummah.

May Allah ﷻ continue to bless you with sincerity, wisdom, and steadfastness in your service to the Deen and the community.

With hearts full of gratitude, we extend our warmest congratulations to Atty. Noorseyfa M. Sahiddin, now a licensed teacher as well! After passing the March 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers, she stands as both an attorney and an educator—proof that with sincere effort and full reliance on Allah, no dream is too far.

Not only that, she is also a loving mother, showing us all that motherhood is not a barrier—but a strength that fuels one’s determination to succeed and contribute to the ummah.

IN PHOTO || 3RD ZIYARAH FOR 2025

The 3rd ziyarah took place on April 17, 2025 at Luntab, Pulot Shore, Sofronio Española, Palawan.
It was a very remarkable ziyarah with over 40 visitors, mostly neighbors invited by the 3rd ziyarah's host Babuh Nids Jaakil Antuyong.

Alhamdulillah for the opportunity to learn about the life of SUMAYYAH, the first martyr. Sumayyah radiAllahu anha lived a very difficult life full of struggles. She died a martyr after enduring cruelty and torture from those against Islam and as a martyr, Jannah awaits her. Her life story taught us about sabr and standing firm for Islam.

📍 Ziyarah (visitation) is a gathering at the residence of the host where we meet our sisters-in-deen, get acquainted, play, enjoy, have fun and most importantly talk about what really matter—Islam and remembrance of Allah. One of its purposes is to strengthen sisterhood and bond amongst Muslim women in the community bi idnillah.

Jazakumullahu khayran to the host Babuh Nids and her family who prepared and served delicious foods, drinks and desserts during this 3rd ziyarah (April 2025).

Ma shaa Allah walhamdulillah. Congratulations to our newest Doctor👩🏼‍⚕️ Dra. Nurzaida Sahiddin Jamion for successfully passing the March 2025 Physician Licensure Examinations; a testament to her grit, dedication, sabr and unwavering faith & reliance (tawakkul) on Allah. Well-deserved, indeed!

She is the "happy-pill" member of Alhaud Islamic Academy-Palawan & will now prescribe happy pills as a licensed Medical Doctor. Ma shaa Allah. Allahumma barik laha.

Alhamdulillah! 🤍

Jazakumullahu khairan to Jeddah's Industrial City Dawah Office (ICDO) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for sharing with us dates/tamar for this year's Ramadan.

Several packs of dates were distributed to our students, sponsors, and constituents. Alhamdulillah.

Ramadan is a very popular time to eat dates. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “When one of you breaks his fast, let him break it with dates for they are blessed. If they are not found, let him break it with water for it is pure.” [Tirmidhī]

Dates are particularly beneficial during Ramadan because they are high in sugar and vitamins such as potassium and magnesium as well as an excellent source of fiber and carbohydrates to replenish and nourish the body after hours of fasting.

RAMADAN MUBARAK!

Dumating na ang mabiyayang buwan ng Ramadan. Alhamdulillah binilang tayo ng Allah sa mga yaong binigyan ng pagkakataong masaksihan ang buwang ito at makapagsagawa ng maraming ibadah at kabutihan. Samakatuwid, pag-igihan natin at huwag sayangin ang biyaya at pagkakataong ipinagkaloob sa atin.

Ngayong Ramadan sikapin nating maging pinakamainam para sa ating akhirah.

IN PHOTO || 2ND ZIYARAH FOR 2025

Alhamdulillah, amidst challenges with the weather and the constant power interruption causing uncertainty and delay in this ziyarah, Allah has willed and allowed few souls to meet and gather for the sake of Allah.

On February 22, 2025, we were welcomed into the home of Ma'am Elma H. Lakibul in Caramay Highway, Sofronio Española, Palawan. The ziyarah was scheduled to start by 2pm and end by 4pm. However, Qaddarallah, it was already 4pm and the ziyarah was just about to begin. It was a test of patience and reliance on Allah for everyone involved. Alhamdulillah, the ziyarah concluded well and it was worth the wait.

The highlight of this ziyarah was the lecture on the Life of a Sahabiyah—FATIMA BINT MUHAMMAD (radiAllahu anha). A role model who inspires us with her taqwa, sabr, piety, and dedication to Islam. Her life teaches us one of the most memorable lessons: whatever struggles we may face, our hearts may tear apart, our tears may endlessly flow, our world may crumble with different trials in life but we will never question nor utter any complaint with what Allah tests us, bi idnillah.

The lecture was given by Alhaud Islamic Academy-Palawan resident ustadha who through the lifestory of Fatima Bint Muhammad reminded everyone "na maging pinakamainam para sa akhirah".

After the lecture, we had a salu-salo prepared by the host and a meaningful conversation about our realizations as we reflected on the life of Fatima bint Muhammad, her close relationship with her father, and her great qualities as a Muslimah.

May we all embody her great qualities of taqwa, contentedness and sabr. May we be pinakamainam para sa ating akhirah♥️.

IN PHOTO || FIRST ZIYARAH FOR 2025

Alhamdulillah!!!

Alhaud Islamic Academy-Palawan had its first ziyarah for the year 2025 on January 29, 2025. Alhamdulillah, we gathered inside the home of our host, Kakah Jura Hadin Moha in Pulot Center, Sofronio Española, Palawan.

Jazakillahu khairan to our host who warmly welcomed her visitors and generously served them the delicious food she had personally prepared and cooked.

The highlight of this ziyarah was the lecture on the Life of a Sahabiyah—Hafsa bint Umar (radiAllahu anha) who was known as sawwamah or the one who fasts a lot. This was truly a significant reminder especially that Ramadan is just around the corner. The lecture was given by Ustadha Fardia Ibrahim through pre-recorded videos which were played using a laptop and a television.
