On this Palm Sunday, we remember Jesus’ joyful entry into Jerusalem, welcomed with praise and hope. As we begin Holy Week, we are reminded that following Him means staying faithful not only in moments of joy, but also through His Passion and sacrifice.

Today, the junior high and senior high students gathered for their weekly schedule. They worked together to clean their area to practice responsibility, spent time playing and relaxing to build friendship, and prayed the Holy Rosary to strengthen their faith, and ended with a Family Hour. It was a productive day of work, fun, and prayer for everyone.

As part of their weekly schedule, the children and youth gathered to do some manual work, enjoy recreational activities, pray the Holy Rosary, and have their Family Hour. These activities helped them bond and spend time together. After dinner, they watched a video to introduce and remind them about the Annunciation of Mary, and to help them prepare for the celebration the next day.

On this Fifth Sunday of Lent, as we entered Passiontide, the Youth Choir offered their voices in song as part of our weekly schedule and Lenten observance. In today’s Gospel, Jesus raises Lazarus from the dead, revealing that He is the resurrection and the life. This powerful moment points us more deeply toward His own Passion, reminding us that through suffering and death comes the promise of new life.

The Elementary and Junior High School Youths of Friendship Home Father Luis Amigó-Palawan had the chance to gather and watch a film related on friendship, bravery, and family. Because of this, they realized the importance of friendship and courage that they must have as an individual. Also, the choir of FHFLA-Palawan had their practice for them to have a good performance in the upcoming mass. They believe that through singing they can show their gratitude and love towards our Almighty Father.

The college students gathered for their weekly schedule, where they were able to gain valuable insights from the book Either/Or by Søren Kierkegaard, discussed by their fellow students. The discussion also helped them reflect more about their own choices in life that could shape who they become in the future. Through the two concepts of 'either/or’ it also reminded them that life isn’t just about aesthetics, but also about ethics where they make meaningful and responsible choices with commitment.
