We believe that the providers of tourism services have a collective interest in ensuring that Puerto Galera will always be a prime tourist destination, well-provided with support services and managed in a manner that engenders a healthy environment for the operation of tourism-related businesses;
We believe that the collective interest of the tourism services providers can be protected and served through the solidarity of their members, strengthening of their capability, combining their talents, resources and chartering their shared time and effort for sustainable tourism. With these in mind, the Puerto Galera Business and Tourism Enterprises Association Inc., declares tourism as an indispensible industry and primary economic driver of Puerto Galera. The organization must ensure that the natural tourism resources of Puerto Galera are conserved and preserve through the planned use of these resources in a sustainable basis for future generation. 2. Work and cooperate a/ LGU for establishing and acquiring the following:
a) Comprehensive Land Use Plan
b) Establishment of Medical Facilities
c) Infrastructure and Utilities Development Plan
d) Financial and Transport Facilitation Plan
e) Marketing and Promotions Plan
f) Environmental Conservation Plan
3. To give out the guidelines for the preservation and the protection of the environment and to promote environmentally sound practices that enhance nature as it is utilized for the goals of tourism.
4. To encourage the use of local resources for the development of the provinces as a whole.
5. Maintain public awareness of the danger posed to our natural resources and lead the community how to protect our rich environment for future generations.
6. To achieve economies in scale in terms of acquiring products and services from external and internal providers for the benefit of the members.
7. Coordinate and develop tourism activities in Puerto Galera and nearby town
