Together with the children and community of Barangay Perlas, we built not just a mini library, but a safe space for learning, creativity, and dreams. πŸ’™

Our heartfelt gratitude to the Barangay Council for their unwavering support, to the parents for their trust and encouragement, and to the BPCA members for their cooperation and dedicated efforts in making this initiative possible.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who generously donated books and learning materials, Ms. Angel Boncodin for the soft copies of learning materials, Ma'am Ma. Isabel Domanais (Ma’am Bing) for the effort personally making the learning materials, to all the Barangay Council Headed by Hon. The successful conduct of the 𝐈𝐧𝐒𝐭𝐒𝐚π₯ 𝐎𝐫𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐒𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐒𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐒𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐒𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐑𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐫π₯𝐚𝐬 𝐂𝐑𝐒π₯𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧'𝐬 π€π¬π¬π¨πœπ’πšπ­π’π¨π§ (𝐁𝐏𝐂𝐀) was held on March 28, 2026 at the Barangay Hall of Perlas.

This meaningful activity was facilitated by the Bicol University-Tabaco Social Work Field Instruction 2 students, in collaboration with Hon. Jessa D. Ermino, Barangay Kagawad and Chairperson on VAWC and Education, with the full support of the Barangay Council led by Punong Barangay Hon. Crisaldo A. Domanais.
