Official Kick-Off of Bayanihan Bulilit in the Municipality of Pototan 2026

Today marks another significant milestone for the Municipality of Pototan as we successfully launched the Bayanihan Bulilit across our 58 Child Development Centers.

More than just the launch of a.program, this activity serves as a reminder that children play an important role in building a stronger, more compassionate and more resilient society. Bayanihan Bulilit is a meaningful initiative that celebrates the spirit of unity, volunteerism and child participation in our communities while instilling among our young learners the value of cooperation, responsibility, leadership and service at an early age.

This undertaking was spearheaded by our Child Development Workers, whose unwavering commitment continues to shape the.lives of our youngest.constinuents. Beyond classroom instruction, they serve as educators, mentors, advocates and second parents who tirelessly facilitate programs and services that promote the holistic development of every child. Their work often extends beyond the Child Development Centers through home visits, parent education sessions, growth monitoring and community engagement activities. Despite challenges and limited resources, they remain steadfast in their mission to provide quality early childhood care and development services.

Today, we honor and recognize their hard work, sacrifices and dedication. Their efforts may not always be visible to the public, but their impact is reflected in every child who leads, grows and thrives under their care. They are truly among the unsung heroes of child development in our municipality.

A highlight of the activity was the Pledge of Commitment Signing, where barangay representatives, stakeholders and partners reaffirmed their dedication to supporting and sustaining the Bayanihan Bulilit Program as an annual initiative in the Municipality of Pototan.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to all barangays, for their continued support. While some Punong Baranggays were unable to attend, we deeply appreciate the representatives who joined us and demonstrated their commitment to advancing the welfare of our children. Our partnership has been tested by time yet remains steadfast and strong, pro using that when communities work together, great things happen for our children.

As we officially begin this program, may it inspire all stakeholders to continue supporting initiatives that uphold the rights, welfare and .protection of every child. Together, let us keep the spirit of Bayanihan alive - helping one another, working together, and moving forward as one community for the brighter future of our children.
