On June 9, 2026, the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP), Unlad Kabataan Program proudly participated in the Municipal Council for the Protection of Children (MCPC) meeting, strengthening the voice of the youth in promoting and safeguarding the rights and welfare of every child. Youth participation is recognized as an important part of local child protection efforts and community development.

Through active involvement, PYAP continues to prove that young people are not just the leaders of tomorrow, they are partners in creating positive change today. Together, we stand for a safer, more inclusive, and child-friendly community where every child can grow, learn, and thrive. 💙

Noong Hunyo 5, 2026, muling ipinakita ng mga miyembro ng PYAP Unlad Kabataan Program ang tunay na diwa ng bolunterismo at bayanihan sa kanilang aktibong pakikilahok sa 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗘𝘀𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗮. 💙📚

Sa pamamagitan ng kanilang oras, lakas, at dedikasyon, tumulong sila sa paghahanda ng paaralan upang maging mas maayos, malinis, at handa para sa pagbubukas ng panibagong taon ng pag-aaral. Ang simpleng pagtulong na ito ay malaking ambag sa paglikha ng isang ligtas at kaaya-ayang kapaligiran para sa mga mag-aaral.

Patunay ang kanilang pagkilos na ang kabataan ay hindi lamang pag-asa ng bayan kundi mga aktibong katuwang sa pag-unlad ng komunidad. Sa bawat walis, pagpipintura, paglilinis, at pagtutulungan, naipakita nila ang kahalagahan ng malasakit, pagkakaisa, at serbisyo para sa kapwa.

👏 Isang taos-pusong pasasalamat sa ating mga PYAP Unlad Kabataan members na kusang-loob na naglaan ng kanilang panahon upang makatulong. Nawa'y maging inspirasyon kayo sa iba pang kabataan na makilahok at maglingkod sa komunidad.

Every month of June, we celebrate Pride Month in recognition of the LGBTQIA+ community, honoring their contributions, resilience, and continuing pursuit of equality, dignity, and inclusion.
Pride Month serves as a reminder of the importance of respecting and supporting every individual regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. It is a time to promote understanding, challenge discrimination, and foster a society where diversity is embraced and everyone feels safe, valued, and empowered.

The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) of Porac stands in solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community and remains committed to promoting an inclusive environment where human dignity, respect, and equal opportunities are upheld for all.
As we celebrate Pride Month, let us continue to build a more compassionate and welcoming community—one that recognizes diversity as a strength and ensures that no one is left behind.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to our supportive local leaders, Municipal Mayor Hon. ✨ Small actions can create the biggest changes. One simple act of kindness can become a spark of hope in someone’s life. ❤️

On May 27, 2026 PYAP Unlad Kabataan successfully conducted a simple yet meaningful outreach program in Camias, Porac, Pampanga. This initiative became possible through the generosity and support of students who availed printing services at the Special Drug Education Center (SDEC). What may seem like a small contribution turned into something far greater, smiles shared, hearts touched, and hope given to the community.

This activity reminds us that helping others does not always require grand gestures. Even the smallest act of giving can create a ripple effect that reaches many lives. Together, we proved that kindness grows when shared, and when people unite with one purpose, even simple efforts can leave a lasting impact.

To everyone who became part of this meaningful initiative, thank you for showing that compassion and service continue to make a difference. Because at the end of the day, it's not about how big the act is, it's about how many hearts it reaches. 💙🌱

Huge thanks to our amazing PYAP Unlad Kabataan volunteers for showing up, stepping up, and helping make the Special Drug Education Center - Porac Pampanga (SDEC) seminar “High on Life, Not on Drugs: A Seminar on Drug Abuse Prevention Among Vulnerable Children and Youth” a successful and meaningful event! 💙

Special appreciation as well to Temple Street 13 Los Aztecas Town for joining and supporting this activity. To every young person willing to learn, serve, and inspire others , your presence matters and your actions create impact.
