3 DAYS TO GO! So before you run the race, let’s talk about your fit! 👕👟

🧢 What to wear:
✔ Comfy & modest clothes for movement
✔ Team assigned colors 🔴🟡🔵
✔ Rubber shoes or sandals with a backstrap (we’re here to run, not to slip!)

🚫 What to leave at home:
✖ Crop tops, sleeveless, or see-through outfits
✖ Shorts above the knee and skirts
✖ Loud logos or anything that doesn’t reflect the heart of the event

💬 Your outfit can say a lot — so let it speak excellence, respect, and Christlike character, even in this event! 👊🏽✨

Acts 16:25-26
“About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God… and suddenly there was a violent earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken…”

Paul and Silas were thrown into prison for doing God’s will. Yet in their suffering, they chose not to complain, not to curse God but to worship Him even more. ⛓️‍💥

Even in chains, they chose to worship. They weren’t delivered before they praised—they praised while they were still in pain. And when they lifted their voices to heaven, God moved. Not just to set them free—but to shake the very foundations holding them back.
