The stage is set and the lights are on. Get ready PCCians, because 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟭 of Intrams is about to get louder, brighter, and more exciting. To add fun to this event , PCC Youth Innovators Guild proudly brings you the 𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗞𝗔𝗗𝗢 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗚𝗘 happening on Day 1 afternoon from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This is not just a concert — this is where talento meets the spotlight.

All performers will come from our four powerhouse Intrams groups, namely the brainy Erudite, the kind-hearted Amity, the fearless Dauntless, and the honest Candor. Four groups, one stage, different flavors of talent and diskarte. Expect soulful singers and surprising performances while enjoying foods and products in Merkado. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁

Twenty BS Entrepreneurship students, together with BSAB students, actively participated in the second day of the 3rd National Agriculture and Youth Summit today, October 16, 2026, at the Ibalong Centrum for Recreation in Legazpi City, Albay. With the theme "Sakip Saka: Youth at the Heart of Agriculture."

The event highlights the important role of the youth in promoting agricultural development, fishery, encouraging innovation, and building a more sustainable future for Philippine agriculture and fisheries.

The second day of the 𝟏𝟐𝐭𝐡 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 (𝐑𝐘𝐄𝐂) 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 continued with a series of insightful talks, discussions, and activities focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, digital marketing, personal development, and resilience. The event was held at the Fuerte CamSur Sports Complex, Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur.

The program formally began with the Welcome Remarks delivered by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐕. 𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐫, 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲, 𝐈𝐧𝐜. (𝐂𝐒𝐂𝐂𝐈). This was followed by an Inspirational Message from 𝐃𝐢𝐫. 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐥 𝐑. 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐨, 𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐎 𝐈𝐈𝐈, who reminded the participants that young people are not only preparing for their future but are also capable of actively building it. His message emphasized the importance of taking action, developing skills, and embracing opportunities.

𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧

The morning session featured discussions on innovation and entrepreneurship, including a session from the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) focusing on Partnerships for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The discussion highlighted the importance of collaboration, technology, and innovation in developing entrepreneurial ideas and creating opportunities for young entrepreneurs.

The participants were also introduced to different opportunities and programs that can support young people in starting and developing their entrepreneurial ventures.

𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧

The afternoon sessions focused on digital entrepreneurship, content creation, marketing, career development, mental wellness, and resilience.

Mr. Richard Matthew Abalos discussed “Creating Meaningful Content.” He emphasized the importance of creating content with purpose and value, reminding participants that “the best moments in life are worth documenting.” His discussion encouraged young entrepreneurs to use digital platforms not only for promotion but also for storytelling and building meaningful connections with their audience.

Ms. Michelle Bo, from the PGCA Bicol Chapter, presented “Healthy Minds, Bold Venture: Guidance and Mental Wellness for the Entrepreneurial Journey.” Her session emphasized the importance of maintaining mental wellness while pursuing entrepreneurial goals. Participants were reminded that personal well-being is also an important part of sustaining a business journey.

The session on “Marketing in the Digital Age” was delivered by Mr. James Anthony Y. Lim, President of AG Terra Venture and Founder/CEO of Stuhrling Enterprise. The discussion focused on how entrepreneurs can adapt to the changing digital environment and maximize digital platforms for marketing, branding, and reaching customers.

Another inspiring session was delivered by Mr. Hygie B. Ochoa through “From Naga to the World: Building a Career in Animation.” His story highlighted the possibilities available to young people in creative industries and demonstrated how local talent can pursue opportunities beyond their community.

The day concluded with an inspiring talk from Mr. Paulo Tibig, a motivational speaker, on “Mindset and Resilience: Bouncing Forward.” He emphasized the importance of having the right mindset when facing challenges and setbacks. One of the key messages from his session was:

“𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞, 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝.”.”

He also emphasized that life is a mind game, encouraging the participants to develop resilience, maintain a positive mindset, and learn from difficulties instead of allowing setbacks to stop their progress.

Overall, the two-day congress provided the participating students with meaningful learning experiences, new perspectives, and inspiration in entrepreneurship. The event demonstrated that entrepreneurship goes beyond creating a business—it also involves innovation, creativity, resilience, meaningful connections, and the courage to turn ideas into action.

For the BS Entrepreneurship students of Polangui Community College, the 12th RYEC became an opportunity to learn directly from entrepreneurs, professionals, industry leaders, and motivational speakers. The experience encouraged them to bring the lessons they gained from the congress back to their academic journey and future entrepreneurial ventures.

This journey was more than just a competition—it was an opportunity to showcase creativity, innovation, teamwork, and entrepreneurial spirit on the regional stage. Your dedication, preparation, and commitment throughout the journey truly deserve recognition.
