𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗦. 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙. 𝗞𝗘𝗘𝗣 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡.

Dengue mosquitoes are active during the daytime, so everyone must stay alert—at school, at home, and in the community.

🌡️ 𝗪𝗔𝗧𝗖𝗛 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗦𝗘 𝗦𝗬𝗠𝗣𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗦:
• High fever
• Severe headache
• Pain behind the eyes
• Muscle and joint pain
• Nausea or vomiting
• Skin rash

🦟 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙:
✔️ Wear clothes that cover your skin.
✔️ Use mosquito repellent.
✔️ Use screens, nets, or other mosquito protection.

🧹 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝗠𝗢𝗦𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗧𝗢𝗦 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚: 💧 Remove stagnant water.

🗑️ Dispose of garbage properly.
🪣 Cover and clean water containers regularly.
🏫 Keep classrooms, homes, and surroundings clean.

🩺𝗜𝗙 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗨𝗘 𝗦𝗬𝗠𝗣𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗦
Get enough rest and drink plenty of fluids. Paracetamol may be used for fever or pain when appropriate. Avoid aspirin and ibuprofen unless advised by a healthcare professional, as they may increase bleeding risk.

⚠️ Do not self-medicate. Seek medical attention, especially if symptoms become severe or worsen after the fever begins to improve.
