A meaningful afternoon of reconnecting, sharing, learning, and growing together with our IPPs. The MBA OIC Manager joined the session to discuss updates, listen to our IPPs, and identify ways we can improve and strengthen the team.

Paglaum MBA E-Mutuals System Onsite Visit | September 24–25, 2026

Paglaum MBA welcomed the RIMANSI team, led by Mr. Robert Aspe, TIS Manager, together with two developers from LoudCloud Inc., for a two-day onsite assessment and scoping visit for the Paglaum MBA E-Mutuals System.

The first day focused on discussions with the MBA Management Team and TWGs, covering the MBA’s products, existing system and database, workflows, forms, reports, claims, and other processes.

On the second day, the team had a courtesy meeting with Paglaum MBA Adviser and Paglaum MPC General Manager, Mr. Arnold M. Parcutilo, followed by visits to selected centers and branches to better understand member contributions, collections, and claims processes.

The two-day visit was successfully completed. Paglaum MBA is grateful to everyone who participated and supported the activity. We look forward to the exciting developments and great news ahead for this project! 💙
