✨ PAGLAUM MBA Work and Financial Planning Workshop ✨

As we conclude our 4-day workshop with RIMANSI, we are grateful for the knowledge, insights, and experiences gained throughout this meaningful journey.

Our final day focused on 2027 Work and Financial Plan Risks, MBA Governance and Management, and Regulatory Compliance—strengthening our commitment to good governance, strategic planning, and quality service for our members.

Day 3 was dedicated to translating our vision into action by developing practical Work and Financial Plans for 2027. Through collaborative discussions and strategic planning, participants worked together to align programs, budgets, and organizational priorities that will support the continued growth and sustainability of Paglaum MBA.

We sincerely thank RIMANSI for their invaluable guidance and expertise in helping us strengthen our planning processes and prepare for the opportunities and challenges ahead.

✨ PAGLAUM MBA Work and Financial Planning Workshop ✨ In partnership with RIMANSI (Microinsurance MBA Association of the Philippines, Inc.)

Day 2 of the workshop focused on strengthening Paglaum MBA's strategic direction and organizational performance. Through engaging discussions and collaborative planning, participants gained valuable insights that will help shape the Association's goals and initiatives for the coming year.

With the guidance and expertise of RIMANSI, participants worked together to identify opportunities for growth, address organizational challenges, and develop strategic plans that will strengthen Paglaum MBA's commitment to excellence and sustainable service for its members.

In celebration of International Cooperatives Day July 4, 2026, Paglaum Multi-Purpose Cooperative and PMPC Plaridel branch continue the 2nd round of Paglaum Pagaan Pangkunsumo Program wherein this will help our entrepreneur members in selling there products. This activity was syncronize across the 14 branches on the same day. This shows unity and camaraderie of the staffs,members, and customers. And also Paglaum Mutual Benefit Association Inc. joined and shows support of the said activity. Happy International Coops Day! Mabuhay ang Coop! 🎉👍😊

Paglaum MBAI joins the 27th Cumi Anniversarry across the 14 branches from Area 1 and Area 2 for the support of ORUS, TIN registration, and launching the ALIMA Program which is intended for the inactive members of Paglaum MBAI. This program was created and collaborated by Paglaum MPC and Paglaum MBAI. This aims to have a chance to REACTIVATE our INACTIVE members and become ACTIVE. Increase the numbers of ACTIVE paying members, and live the 7 principles of cooperative "cooperation among cooperatives". ALIMA stands for ASSURANCE for LIFE with IMMEDIATE MUTUAL AID Program.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude for all the branches, specially the branch managers, cumi supervisors staffs and beloved members for the positive feedbacks and full support of the upcoming program. To the MANCOMS together with our GM Mr. Arnold Parcutilo, Individual and Cumi Department, thank you so much for the guidance and unending support as well. This is just the beginning and looking forward for the success of this program for the benefit of our beloved members.
