NOTICE TO CONSUMERS
Please be informed that, as per the initial advisory of our electric power provider (CEBECO), testing activities will be conducted this afternoon or tomorrow in coordination with the Toledo Power Plant to help normalize the low-voltage electric power supply.
In line with this, we expect possible power interruptions during the testing period. As a result, our water pumps may temporarily shut off, which may lead to no water supply in affected service areas.
Once the testing is successfully completed and the power supply voltage returns to normal, the secondary voltage of our power transformers in all pumping stations is also expected to increase. Should this occur, and some of our water pumps fail to operate, we will again coordinate with CEBECO to adjust the power transformer secondary voltage back to its normal setting to maintain safe and stable pump operations.
Please be advised that if the supply voltage to our water pumps is either too high or too low, the pumps will automatically shut down to prevent burnout and equipment damage.”
If water supply becomes available in your area, we kindly advise all consumers to store sufficient water while we continue working to stabilize the system.

Kung ang tubig magamit na sa inyong lugar, among gina-awhag ang tanan nga mga konsumer nga magtipig og igong tubig samtang nagpadayon kami sa pagtrabaho aron ma-stabilize ang sistema.

Please be informed that the electrical power supply remains unstable as of this time. Because of this, our water pumps cannot yet operate using the regular power supply.
At present, only a generator set is being used at our Dakit Pumping Station, which supplies water to Barangays Poblacion and Lut-od. However, due to operational limitations, it cannot provide water to other areas.
In view of this situation, 24-hour water service is not yet available. If water supply becomes available in your area, we kindly advise all consumers to store sufficient water while we continue working to stabilize the system.
We sincerely ask for your understanding and patience while we wait for the power supply to stabilize and return to normal. Thank you very much.

Busa, dili pa mahimong mahatag ang 24-oras nga suplay sa tubig. Kung adunay moabot nga suplay sa inyong lugar, amo kamong ginahangyo nga mag-imbak og igo nga tubig samtang padayon namong gipaninguhaan nga mapalig-on ang sistema.

NOTICE TO CONSUMERS
Please be informed that the electrical power supply remains unstable as of this time.
We are still coordinating and awaiting updates from our power provider on when the power supply will return to normal. Currently, the status of our water pumps is as follows:
• Four (4) water pumps are now operational for 24 hours.
• Twelve (12) water pumps are operational and supplied by CEBECO, operating for 20 hours only.
Reason for limited operation: The electric power supply remains unstable. From 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, household lights and appliances are simultaneously in use, causing additional electrical load. This results in voltage drops that trigger the automatic shutdown of the water pumps.
• One (1) water pump remains generator-driven and operates for 20 hours due to an unbalanced electric power supply, located at Dakit Pumping Station.
• One (1) water pump is not operational, as the transformer secondary voltage can no longer be adjusted and has already exceeded the allowable adjustment limit, located at Buhingtubig Pumping Station.
In view of this situation, 24-hour water service is not yet available. If water supply becomes available in your area, we kindly advise all consumers to store sufficient water while we continue working to stabilize the system.

EMERGENCY WATER SERVICE INTERRUPTION ADVISORY
PrimeWater Infrastructure Corp. would like to inform all affected consumers that an Emergency Water Service Interruption is currently being experienced due to the burn-out of our Booster Pump located at Upper Butong Pumping Station, which is a critical component in maintaining adequate water pressure and continuous water distribution within the service area.
As a result, low water pressure to no water supply may be experienced in the following areas:
• Upper Butong
• Sitio Kabahiruan, Brgy. Pandacan
Our technical team is presently conducting the necessary assessment and repair works to restore normal operations at the soonest possible time.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this emergency interruption may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding.

WATER SERVICE INTERRUPTION UPDATE
Please be informed that due to low voltage in the electric power supply, all of our water pumps were initially unable to operate.
We have already coordinated with our electric power provider, CEBECO, and requested a temporary adjustment of the transformer secondary voltage supplying our water pumps. After the adjustment, the following status was observed:
1. Sixteen (16) water pumps are now operational and supplied by CEBECO, operating for 20 hours only.
Reason for limited operation: The electric power supply remains unstable. From 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, household lights and appliances are simultaneously in use, causing additional load. This results in voltage drops that trigger the automatic shutdown of the water pumps.
2. One (1) water pump remains generator-driven and operates for 20 hours due to an unbalanced electric power supply.
3. One (1) water pump is not operational, as the transformer secondary voltage can no longer be adjusted and has already exceeded the allowable adjustment limit.
In view of this situation, 24-hour water service is not yet available. If water supply becomes available in your area, we kindly advise all consumers to store sufficient water while we continue working to stabilize the system.

3. Usa (1) ka water pump ang dili pa operational, kay dili na mahimo ang dugang nga adjustment sa transformer secondary voltage ug milapas na kini sa gitugotan nga limitasyon.
Tungod niini nga kahimtangan, wala pa gihapon ang 24-oras nga suplay sa tubig. Kung adunay suplay sa tubig sa inyong lugar, among giawhag nga magpundo og igo nga tubig samtang padayon pa kaming naningkamot sa pag-stabilize sa atoang mga bomba sa tubig.

Gipahibalo ang tanang nga walay suplay sa tubig karong adlawa tungod kay wala makapaandar ang among water pump. Ang hinungdan niini mao ang grabe kaubos ug kahinay sa boltahe sa kuryente (low voltage) nga nag-apekto sa operasyon sa among pasilidad.

Amuang gipaningkamotan aron masulbad dayon ang problema ug mabalik sa normal ang suplay sa tubig sa labing madali nga panahon.
