Grassroots Creatives was built with intention — to cultivate meaningful stories, create opportunities for creatives, and connect communities Grassroots Creatives PH is a Bicol-based film and creative collective founded by Carlo Camilo Valenzona and Cindy Briones-Valenzona. We develop films, documentaries, series, cultural events, and community-based projects rooted in authentic Filipino and Bicola

no stories. We work in four core areas:
