𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 𝗖𝗕𝗦𝗨𝗔 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗶 𝗖𝗥𝗖𝗬𝗖 — 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴

The CBSUA Pili-College Red Cross Youth Council held its 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 last October 3, 2026, at the CBSUA Multipurpose Evacuation Hall.

The activity gathered members to discuss council matters such as the presentation of the Constitution and By-Laws (CBL), attendance and financial reports, and future activity plans for the 2026-2027 academic year.

The council also conducted a general cleaning, ensuring that the venue was well-maintained and reflective of the discipline and unity that the organization upholds.

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 — 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗦𝗧𝗠-𝗔𝗧 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

A moment of pride unfolds as the 𝟒𝐭𝐡-𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 gather at the CBSUA LRV Atrium on October 2, 2026, for their 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲.

As the candles are lit, the coats are worn, and the pins are placed, the 𝐂𝐁𝐒𝐔𝐀 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐢 - 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 remained steadfast first aiders throughout the event, ready to take action whenever needed.

To our 4th-year Tourism students who are also part of the Red Cross Youth Council, we, your CRCYC Family, are beyond proud of you. This ceremony is a testament to your efforts, a reflection of how far you've come, and a proud declaration of your readiness and commitment.

𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫'𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲, 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐥𝐮𝐝!

They say—
"The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires." - William Arthur Ward

They've included all kinds of teachers except one:
The one who has the looks, the one who has the charisma, the one who is called— "𝘗𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘳"

But behind your good appearance lies a teacher who not only tells, demonstrates, and inspires.

There is a teacher whose teachings extend beyond the four corners of the classroom.

There is a teacher whose time extends beyond the working hours.

There is a teacher whose role sometimes goes beyond that of a teacher and becomes, in many ways, a parent.

And finally, there is a teacher who leaves pieces of themselves in the hearts of their students.

The one whose name will be remembered for the weight of its influence, not just a name, not just a passing memory, but a name with its own story.

And for that, we are beyond grateful. From our CRCYC Fam, thank you for always being there to guide and inspire us.

𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹 (𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗗)

With the purpose of strengthening resilience and preparedness across the CBSUA community, on September 29, 2026, the CBSUA Resilience Center, together with the CBSUA - Pili College Red Cross Youth Council, CBSUA Gryphon, and the DRRO Unit, conducted the 3nd Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) at the Department of Economics and Management Building.

The drill involved both students and faculty, successfully engaging them in various simulated scenarios such as earthquake response, firefighting exercise, chemical spill management, and medical emergencies. This initiative aims to equip the CBSUA community with the ability to respond effectively in times of crisis.

Preparedness save lives, and this drill reminds us that preparedness is not just an individual responsibility, but a collective commitment.

Be ready when every second matters, and be the one who is—

| 𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗘 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗙𝗟𝗨𝗩𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡

On September 18 & 19, 2026, as the celebration of the Peñafrancia Festival continued, the CBSUA Pili - College Red Cross Youth Council together with the Philippine Red Cross – Camarines Sur Chapter, served as first aiders during the Military Parade and Fluvial Procession in Naga City.

Throughout the event, the CBSUA Pili - CRCYC volunteers remained ready to respond and provide prompt first aid assistance, helping ensure the safety and well-being of participants and attendees. With thousands gathered to witness the display of discipline and unity, the council stood firm in its mission of readiness, care, and service.

To everyone who trusted, guided, and worked with us, your support has been deeply valued. And to Ina, our beloved patroness, may your grace continue to inspire our service and strengthen our commitment to humanity.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our Adviser, whose unwavering guidance, encouragement, and support continue to uplift and equip our youth volunteers and to our University, Central Bicol State University of Agriculture - Pili, for the support that significantly contribute to the success of our participation and our ability to uphold the goals of the Philippine Red Cross.

CÁCERES NEWS: When devotion becomes service

Along the Traslacion route, faith is expressed not only through prayer and procession, but through countless hands willing to serve. Volunteers prepare food, offer water, provide medical care, and extend help to thousands of devotees, turning simple acts of kindness into meaningful expressions of devotion to Ina.

Different organizations. Different missions. One shared expression of faith: service. Because the power of Ina can be seen not only in those who walk with her, but also in those who make the journey possible for others.

Faith moves. Service follows. Love is made visible. Gabos Kaayon, Gabos may Gibúhon!
