𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘 | NOTICE OF RESUMPTION OF BORROWING SUPREME STUDENT COUNCIL – PILI CAMPUS PROPERTIES

Please be informed that the borrowing of Council-owned items, supplies, equipment, and materials under the Ka-TOOLong Project from the Supreme Student Council–Pili Campus is hereby RESUMED, effective today, October 6, 2026.

The Council temporarily suspended borrowing to conduct a thorough inventory, verification, and assessment of all Council properties, ensuring proper documentation, accountability, and accurate monitoring of their condition and status.

With the resumption of borrowing, all students, organizations, and officers are reminded to follow all necessary steps, requirements, and documentation before borrowing any Council property, including the proper accomplishment of the official borrowing logbook, borrower's slip, and request letter (for certain items).

All borrowers are expected to use the items responsibly, observe the prescribed borrowing period, and return them in good condition. Council properties are organizational resources intended to benefit the student body and must be properly safeguarded for present and future users.

Pursuant to 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗡𝗼. 𝟬𝟵-𝟭𝟮𝟮, 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, issued by CBSUA Pili Campus, please be informed that faculty members shall observe Work-From-Home (WFH), while students shall undertake Asynchronous Learning tomorrow, October 1, 2026, Thursday.

The existing arrangement shall remain in effect every Wednesday and Friday throughout October 2026.

Note: Subjects and activities that cannot be effectively conducted asynchronously shall be conducted onsite, particularly laboratory, practicum, and other activities requiring physical presence.

The search for the new set of Junior Supreme Student Council has been successfully done. 12 Juniors answered the call and showed up. Platforms were presented, and leadership identities were introduced. The voices are there, the commitment as well.

We've seen the potential, we've seen the drive.

The Supreme Student Council of CBSUA-Pili is beyond thrilled to share with y'all, Stateans, that the future of leadership in our campus is bright, and it starts with the Junior Supreme Student Council.

They not only introduced who they are as leaders, but also as people whom anyone could rely on.
