The Agronomy Society invites all Agronomy students to our first General Assembly and Orientation for this school year!

Theme:
“Growing Together, Learning as One: Building a Stronger Agronomy Community”
This activity is to welcome all freshmen and returning students, introduce our Agronomy faculty members, give recognition to our outgoing officers, discuss the Constitution and By-Laws, share our accomplishments and financial updates, and elect the new set of officers who will lead us this year.

📌 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼:

✅ Step 1: Complete the Pre-Registration Form.

✅ Step 2: Take a screenshot of the confirmation page after successfully submitting the form.

✅ Step 3: Present your screenshot at the Department of Plant Science (DPS) Room 3 to claim your Certificate of Candidacy (COC) Form.

✅ Step 4: Completely fill out the COC Form and submit it on or before the prescribed deadline.

✅ Step 5: Qualified applicants who have successfully submitted all the requirements will proceed to the Screening and Interview process.

⚠️ 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀:

• Presentation/submission of the Completed Online Pre-Registration Form is required before claiming your COC.

• COC Forms can only be claimed until August 6, 2026 (Thursday) ONLY.

• Incomplete requirements or late submissions will not be entertained.
