📢 CLEARANCE SIGNING AND ENROLLMENT SCHEDULES FOR A.Y. 2026-2027, 1ST SEMESTER

We are pleased to announce that Clearance Signing and Enrollment for Academic Year 2026-2027 is officially open from July 15 to 23, 2026, 8:30–11:30 AM and 1:00–3:00 PM, at the DPS Room 4.

📝 Membership Fees

- Agronomy Society – ₱75.00
- CANR SC – ₱50.00
- SSC & FSSC – ₱70.00

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS

- The Agronomy Society is also authorized to process clearance signing, including collection of SSC and FSSC dues.

- Incoming 3rd year students: please bring your Notice to Proceed (NTP).
- Please bring all required documents and requirements.
- Please bring the exact amount for faster transactions.
- Strictly follow the schedule to avoid any inconvenience.

For Incoming Second-Year Students:

The Agronomy Unit is pleased to announce the results of the Qualifying Examination conducted last June 23 - 24, 2026

Out of 350 examinees, only 140 students have successfully qualified for the interview.

📅Date: July 1 - 2, 2026
📌Venue: DPS - Department of Plant Science
🕛Time: 8:30 - 11:00 AM and 1:30- 3:00 PM
👉 Look for a faculty member from Agronomy Unit for your interview

- Bring the photocopy of certificate of grades from 1st year to 2nd year

✅Qualifying Examination for BSA Agronomy Major – Day 1 & 2 | Batch 1 & 2

🌾 SUCCESSFUL QUALIFYING EXAMINATION 🌾
Last June 23 & 24, aspiring Agronomy majors from Batch 1 and Batch 2 successfully took their qualifying
exam.

These incoming 3rd‑year students did their best and finished the test well. They stayed focused and answered carefully while taking the exam. It was a quiet but determined moment for everyone.

Date of Examination: Day 2 - June 24, 2026 (Wednesday)
Venue: DPS- Department of plant Science

✅ DOs:

✔️ Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
✔️ Bring black or blue ballpen.
✔️ Maintain silence and observe proper decorum during the exam.
✔️ Follow all instructions carefully. ✔️Bring snacks and drinking water for your personal consumption.
✔️ Other instructions will be given by the proctor prior to the start of the examination.
❌DON’Ts:

❌ No mobile phones, gadgets, or review materials allowed inside the examination room.
❌ Latecomers will not be admitted once the exam begins.
❌ Cheating, talking, or any form of misconduct will lead to disqualification.

📌 REMINDERS:
- Only students included in the List of Enlisted Examinees are allowed to take the exam.
- Failure to take the exam as scheduled may forfeit your application, unless a valid reason is formally communicated beforehand.
