Hello everyone. We regret to inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances, our Alumni Homecoming for this December 26, 2024 is "CANCELLED".😔

But behind this cancellation, the Alumni Officers and Organizers will still continue to plan for our next homecoming. Rest assured that the goals, projects, and mission of the Association remains unchanged.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Happy Sunday!

I just want to inform that as part of our organizational development concerns, our clear direction and standards are part of it. We need to maintain our independence and good reputation.

With that, we have done something and they are as follows;
1. Receiving Form (RF) for pledges and donations.
2. Certificate of Appreciation
3. Financial Policies
4. Protocols and Guidelines for Pledges and any Donations.

PS: PLEASE READ CLEARLY GUIDELINES NUMBER 8 AND 9.

We can start using it now but we will still go through a thorough discussion during Officers next meeting, suggested on FEBRUARY 3, 2024.

REMINDER!
Re: Motorcade


Our Assembly Area is at the TCES Compound. All participants are expected to gather at 7:00 am sharp.

Our motorcade will start at 7:30 am. There is no more waiting. When the allotted time comes, we will start immediately.

The assigned Alumni Officers
(do refer to the program) will lead the motorcade. A short briefing will be given prior to departure.
