With grace and elegance, the NDPI students - 𝗖𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗱𝘀𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗱, 𝗙𝗿𝘆𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗗𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗱𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗗𝘂𝗰𝗼 - proudly participated in the Poblacion Youth Icon 2026. Their wit, intelligence, beauty, and courage paved the way to victory.

With great determination, Frynch Dimasidsing, a Grade 11 student, won as the Mr. Poblacion Youth Icon 2026, bagging several special awards. Angela Lorraine Duco, a Grade 11 student, was crowned as the First Runner Up, showcasing her passion for pageantry. Ceddie Sahidsahid, a Grade 12 student, won as the Third Runner Up.

𝐈𝐧𝐤 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩

The Paragon — the official school publication of The Notre Dame of Pikit, Inc. (NDPI) participated in Press Play: Division Training Workshop held on August 15, 2026 at Villarica High School in Midsayap, Cotabato. The event aimed to strengthen the skills and core values of a campus journalist.

Among the participants were 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐲𝐧𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐞 𝐃. 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐧̃𝐨𝐠, Editor-in-Chief for Copy Editing and Headline Writing. 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐋. 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐨, Managing Editor for News Writing; and 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐂. 𝐏𝐞𝐝𝐫𝐨, Layout Artist for Feature Writing.

Under the guidance of their adviser, 𝐌𝐬 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐲 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐚, 𝐋𝐏𝐓, they spent a day of learning that refined talent, sharpened curiosity, and developed new techniques. The workshop also built trustworthiness, truthfulness, and bravery for responsible journalism.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐡, 𝐈𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐃𝐏𝐈'𝐬 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

The Notre Dame of Pikit, Inc. (NDPI) officially ignited the torch, marking the beginning of COPRISA (Cotabato Private Schools Association) 2026 on August 13, 2026.

The lighting of the torch took place at SCC (Southern Christian College), marking the beginning of NDPI’s journey to showcase the talents and skills of the NDPI delegates in various sports and socio-cultural events.

”I feel nervous and anxious knowing that COPRISA 2026 has officially begun. There’s a lot of excitement, but at the same time, I can’t help but feel pressured and worried about how everything will turn out. Still, I’m trying to stay positive, trust my preparation, and give my best," an NDPI delegate shared his excitement as COPRISA 2026 officially begun.

The torch-lighting ceremony was led by Rev. Wilson James R. Limos, Director of Student Affairs Services with the Sports Coordinators and School Heads from different schools participating in the Inter-Area Meet 1.

The table tennis participants expressed their thoughts about their goal for this year’s COPRISA: “One of our goal as a team for this year’s COPRISA is to win the game and build new memories together with my team mates.”
