Comparison quietly weighs down the ministry. The moment we measure our church against others, their blessings start to feel like our burdenโ€”gratitude fades, jealousy creeps in, and we lose sight of what God assigned us to do.

We were not called to compete, but to be faithfulโ€”to ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ž ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ญ ๐†๐จ๐ ๐ ๐š๐ฏ๐ž ๐ฎ๐ฌ, to win souls, and to build up the flock He entrusted to us. ๐ˆ๐Ÿ ๐ฐ๐ž ๐ฌ๐ž๐ž๐ค ๐‡๐ข๐ฆ ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ, ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฐ๐ž ๐ง๐ž๐ž๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ.

So ๐ค๐ž๐ž๐ฉ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฐ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ž ๐†๐จ๐ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐š๐œ๐ž๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ. The ground may be hard at first, but donโ€™t stopโ€”in time, it will soften and water will flow. What an encouraging afternoon session! Our ministers were reminded once again to ๐ค๐ž๐ž๐ฉ ๐จ๐ง ๐ค๐ž๐ž๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐จ๐งโ€”to rest when weary, but to ๐ง๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ ๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ, because the God who called us is the same God who will sustain us.

We all have the tendency to quit, ngunit ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐๐ข ๐ข๐ญ๐จ ๐š๐ง๐  ๐ฉ๐š๐ง๐š๐ก๐จ๐ง ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐š๐ง๐  ๐ข๐ฐ๐š๐ง๐š๐ง ๐š๐ง๐  ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ. It is a big calling and not easyโ€”there are blessings, but also trials, conflicts, and silent seasons. Donโ€™t quit because your calling is not from people or emotions, but from God. ๐‡๐ž ๐ฐ๐ก๐จ ๐œ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ข๐ง ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎโ€”not by might nor by power, but by His Spirit.

Even faithful ministers like Elijah, David, and even Jesus got tired. ๐“๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐๐จ๐ž๐ฌ ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐ฆ๐ž๐š๐ง ๐ฎ๐ง๐Ÿ๐š๐ข๐ญ๐ก๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ฅ. One failure doesnโ€™t define your future. ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ โ€”๐ข๐ญโ€™๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐จ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ฎ๐ž. So when youโ€™re weary, rest in Him, donโ€™t make permanent decisions in a temporary season. Tuloy lang, DONโ€™T QUIT.

Like Nehemiah, a godly leader controls anger, lives righteously, and leads toward unity and restoration. ๐ƒ๐จ๐งโ€™๐ญ ๐ฅ๐ž๐ญ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ซ ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐†๐จ๐โ€™๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ. Be a Nehemiahโ€”fix what needs fixing, lead with humility. Leadership isnโ€™t about position, but submission; when selfishness dies, love and unity rise.
