The English-Speaking Union Philippines, in partnership with the British Council Philippinesl Philippines, De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, and Toastmasters International Philippines - District 75, is proud to announce that Mohammad Hizam Tuan of University of the Philippines–Cebu is the National Champion of the Philippine National Competition for the International Public Speaking Competition (IPSC) 2026. 🎤✨
The national competition was held on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Ideation Room (2nd Floor), The Atrium, De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde, Manila. The event brought together outstanding young speakers from across the country, celebrating the art of speech and the power of words.
As national champion, Mohammad Hizam Tuan will represent the Philippines at the International Public Speaking Competition (IPSC) 2026 in London, United Kingdom, from July 13 to 18, 2026.
