The exams are finally over. For some of us, it feels like a huge relief. For others, there may still be worry lingering in our hearts. We replay questions in our minds, think about what we could’ve done better, or wonder what the results will be. In this waiting season, God gently reminds us that our value is not defined by scores or papers, but by His unchanging love.

We did our part, and now we place the rest in His hands. God sees every late night, every effort, every prayer whispered before answering a question. Whether the outcome matches our expectations or not, He is still faithful, and He is still working in our lives. What matters most is that we trusted Him and gave our best.

“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” — Proverbs 16:3

As we rest after this busy season, let’s choose to surrender our worries to God. Whatever comes next, know that God is still in control, still faithful, and still walking beside you. Let us all find peace knowing that He holds our future far beyond any exam.

School life can be exhausting. Projects stack up, deadlines get closer, pressure builds, and there are days when everything feels too heavy. Sometimes we get so tired that we start doubting ourselves or feel like giving up altogether. But even in those moments, God reminds us that we are not meant to face everything on our own. When our strength runs out, His never does.

When we feel weak, unmotivated, or unsure, God steps in and carries us through. He gives us the strength to keep going, the courage to face each challenge, and the hope to believe that brighter days are coming. Every effort, no matter how small, matters when we place our trust in Him and allow Him to guide our journey.

📖 “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” — Isaiah 40:31

🩷 Keep moving forward, even on the hard days. When you feel drained, pause for a moment, pray, and rest in God’s presence. Trust that He will renew your strength and walk with you through every challenge, one step at a time.

— Psalm 28:7

𝐹𝒶𝒾𝓉𝒽 is not self-generated strength.

God is both our protection and our source of endurance. When life feels uncertain or overwhelming even in rest, God is there to give you what you need. 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿; 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝘁. The psalmist acknowledges that help comes not from control or certainty, but from placing one’s heart in God’s care. Trust opens the way for God's help, even when circumstances remain difficult.

So let us pray and have 𝐹𝒶𝒾𝓉𝒽 that God will strengthen our faith when we feel weak,
help us trust Him fully, even when we do not fully understand what He is and will do in our life. And especially, be our shield for our strength today and forevermore.

“𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐀𝐦 𝐈 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐏𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤?”

People sometimes wonder about their identity when the world starts pushing back against them.

There are times when holding onto your faith makes you feel pretty isolated. Folks might not get you, they could make fun of your beliefs, or they might ask why you stick to doing the right thing even if it hurts a bit.

𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲. Jesus put it this way. "If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first." - John 15:18

Persecution does not always come with a lot of noise. It might show up as quiet dismissal, gentle teasing, or just getting excluded for living your life in a different way. That kind of thing can leave you thinking the Lord might see you as off-track somehow.

But that is not the case. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲. Picking kindness instead of pride, faith instead of worry, and purity instead of giving in to pressure all help you show what Jesus is like. The world might not grasp it every time, but light has a way of exposing what shadows keep hidden.

"Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven" - Matthew 5:10

Staying true to your faith gets tough when everyone around you suggests just bending the rules a little. Regardless, God lets you know you belong to Him. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸.

𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞. 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲

" You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden" - Matthew 5:14

𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂. It begins with understanding who God declares you to be: chosen and loved, fully redeemed.

Persecution might hit hard at times, but you can hold steady since your base is built on God's unchanging truth. If your faith ever makes you feel ridiculed or out of place, hold onto these reminders. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗱𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘆. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳. He stays right there with you.

"The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children." - Romans 8:16

Just keep moving forward. Keep letting your light show. Keep holding your ground. 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒔𝒆𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒆𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒄𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒍𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒖𝒑𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅, 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒂𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅.

𝐃𝐨 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭

You might have heard the famous saying or advice to listen to or follow your heart. It is one of the most common things people say when faced with uncertainties in life, but it is not always true, or it may not even be entirely true at all.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵—𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝘂𝘀, 𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘂𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗚𝗼𝗱'𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝘀. It is because our hearts are flawed and imperfect. Remember the concept of not making decisions when met with intense emotions? To not act when you are angry or make a promise when you are too happy? Our hearts can be easily swayed by our emotions, influenced by worldly patterns, and tempted by sin, as stated in Jeremiah 17:9, "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?”.

It does not mean that we should invalidate our feelings, forget our own passion, and lose our identity. 𝐈𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭, 𝐰𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐢𝐭. Proverbs 4:23 tells us, "Guard your heart with all diligence, for from it flow springs of life". It is true that our hearts are vulnerable and deceptive, but if we guard them from such negativity, we will be able to lead them toward God.

When our hearts tell us what we want, it does not always feel right. 𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐮𝐬. We must always remember to be patient and wise, so we will not be defeated by pride, ego, anger, and foolishness.

The risk you might just need to take is the leap of faith in His plans. And it is not even a risk at all; it is a promise for a fruitful life in here and with Him. The path you must take will be attained when you are provided with spiritual guidance. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗶𝗺.

Do not listen to your heart—𝒈𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝒊𝒕.
Do not listen to your heart—𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒐 𝑮𝒐𝒅.

𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞

There are moments when someone hurts us so deeply that forgiveness feels out of reach. A harsh comment, a betrayal, an insult that lingers. Our first instinct is often, “Gaganti ako.” We'd want to fight back or defend ourselves.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝗮𝘆𝘀, “𝗜𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗽𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗸, 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼.” – 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘄 𝟱:𝟯𝟵

At first, it sounds confusing. But Jesus wasn't telling us to ignore pain or stay in harmful situations. To turn the other cheek means choosing a different kind of strength. It's saying, "You may try to wound me, but you cannot rule my heart." A slap in Jesus' time was not an assault as much as an insult. 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗻𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Jesus knows how hard that is: He was betrayed and mocked, and yet prayed, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing." – Luke 23:34

𝙍𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙨, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙣. When we choose not to strike back, we trust that God sees everything, even what no one else sees.

"The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still." – Exodus 14:14

We're not called to stay in harm's way or put on a "everything's okay" face. 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝘀.

"Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good." – Romans 12:21

𝗦𝗼, 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿. Turning the other cheek doesn't make you weak; it actually makes you wise, grounded, and closer to the heart of Jesus.
