Greetings.
This is to formally inform the public, all members, officers, volunteers, partners, donors, supporters, and affiliated individuals that the ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ is hereby placed under ๐ง๐ฒ๐บ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐น๐ผ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ข๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, effective immediately until further notice.
As the Founder of the organization, I have decided to temporarily suspend the operations of the organization due to ongoing internal conflicts, misunderstandings, miscommunication, and organizational disagreements among the Founder, President, Officer-in-Charge (OIC), officers, and members which have already caused confusion, disorder, and division within the organization.
The temporary closure is being implemented in order to:
Prevent further misunderstanding and conflict among officers and members;
Preserve peace, order, and unity within the organization;
Conduct organizational review, clarification of authority, and restructuring;
Protect the name, integrity, and credibility of the organization;
Verify records, appointments, responsibilities, and internal matters;
Allow proper settlement and reconciliation of issues affecting the organization.
During the period of temporary closure:
All meetings, programs, activities, projects, events, and organizational operations are hereby suspended until further notice.
No officer, member, volunteer, representative, or any person claiming authority from the organization is authorized to:
Conduct solicitations or fund-raising activities;
Collect money, donations, or contributions;
Enter into agreements or transactions;
Represent the organization publicly or privately without written authorization from the Founder.
Any unauthorized use of the organizationโs name, logo, seal, documents, social media accounts, IDs, or authority shall not be recognized by the organization and may be subjected to proper administrative or legal action if necessary.
The public, donors, supporters, partner organizations, and government agencies are advised to coordinate only through officially recognized communications from the Founder during the suspension period.
This temporary closure is not intended to permanently dissolve the organization but is a necessary administrative action to restore order, understanding, discipline, transparency, and proper coordination among all concerned individuals.
We respectfully ask for the understanding, cooperation, and support of everyone while the organization undergoes internal review and resolution of organizational concerns.
