Ibig sabihin: ~₱164,000 na utang ang babayaran per indibidwal or ~₱674,750 bawat pamilyang Pilipino.

Hindi lang ‘to numbers—ramdam ‘to ng bawat Pilipino, bawat pamilya.

SANDIGANBAYAN AFFIRMS CONVICTION OF EX-DPWH OFFICIALS

Pinagtibay ng Sandiganbayan ang hatol laban sa dalawang dating DPWH officials sa Soccsksargen kaugnay ng maanomalyang right-of-way payments na umabot sa mahigit ₱5.3 milyon.

Ayon sa korte, nagkaroon ng “gross inexcusable negligence” matapos payagan ang paglalabas ng pondo sa kabila ng mga iregularidad sa mga dokumentong ginamit sa compensation claims.
