The fight for our maiden CBA continues.

01/09/2026

UA&PUFM and UA&P Union of Allied Employees is collaborating and coordinating with our allied unions Cotescup and Kamanggagawa Partylist regarding greater transparency in the disposition of tuition fee increase proceeds as well as MORPHE amendments.

20/08/2026

We echo the appeal of Cotescup for a deeper examination and proactive action in addressing the alarming and rising cases of school violence in our country. Educators and school personnel are equally vulnerable stakeholders in this issue; the safety of all students and employees should be safeguarded!

We join our beloved UA&P community in celebrating not only our University Charter Day, but also the feast of St. Josemaria Escriva, founder of Opus Dei. His lifelong vocation of preaching the universal call to holiness and sanctification of ordinary work impelled the founders of UA&P to establish our university. Since then, UA&P's employees have strived to live this mission---as expressed in the university's Credo and educational philosophy---through our earnest effort to sanctify our professional work as educators and critical administrative support staff.

On this important day, we celebrate every earnest worker in UA&P who---through their noble, honest, and well-done work---continue to build up the university and help transform St. Josemaria's call for a holistic, Christian, civic-oriented, and morally-informed university education a reality. Atin ang UA&P, kaya't patuloy nating itataguyod ang misyon nito sa ating lipunan!

Happy Charter day, and happy feast day!
