XBFI Foundation Day

On this Feast of St. Francis Xavier, the best celebration we could have had is being present in the lives of others. Our dear scholars from Ateneo de Naga University, despite their own struggles, hardships, hectic schedules,, and despite their own lack of material riches, have proven to be rich in spirit, organizing a program of activities and gift giving ceremony for our less fortunate school children in Barobaybay Elementary School, Magarao, Camarines Sur. This was also made possible by the donations from several individuals from within and outside the foundation.

We proclaim the goodness of God as He makes ways for us to fulfill His Kingdom here on earth by touching hearts to generously give and share what they have.

The smiles from both beneficiaries and Scholars were priceless today.

Thank you Ateneo de Naga University for honing and educating these wonderful, creative, and energetic scholars. Thank you scholars for sharing your time and talents to the children. We also couldn't have done it without you Revlv Solutions, Inc., Mr. and Mrs. Rico and Chai G. Due to the typhoon Uwan, many families have lost their possessions. Ngayon wala na AMBagyo, kailangan ang ninyo. These very energetic and driven ADNU - XBFI Scholars, though having difficulties themselves, have organized this outreach program. So touched by the love and caring hearts of these students. Love and generosity have greater value when shared or when given by one who is also experiencing difficulties and when one disregards self comfort for others.

Let's help provide learners from Barobaybay Elementary School with an each (Alay Mag-aaral Bag).

Learning must go on for these kids!

(For those in Naga, school supplies, bond paper, bath soap, paracetamol syrup, face towel, biscuit packs, milk, energen, etc... are among those goods that can be given)

🎉 XAVIER BATCHMATES FOUNDATION IS TURNING 1 this coming Feast of St. Francis Xavier!

Join us in celebrating! 🎉

In the spirit of thanksgiving and giving, the Xavier Batchmates Foundation marks its first anniversary with a GIFT-GIVING PROGRAM for the victims of Typhoon Uwan.

Through our program “ ”, a community-driven effort, the foundation, in cooperation with Ateneo de Naga University - Center for Community Development —via fundraising and donation drives—is sponsoring 59 learners from Barobaybay Elementary School, Camarines Sur. This initiative aims to provide each learner with new sets of school supplies and simple baon packs. Despite the devastation brought by the recent typhoons, LEARNING MUST GO ON.

We humbly appeal to your generosity to help these learners in any way you can.
💛 Cash donations of any amount are deeply appreciated.
💛 In-kind donations are also welcome and may be coordinated with Sephi at 0924 114 9788 or through our facebook messenger. Items may be dropped off at the ADNU CAAO or Gabay Office. We will also be posting a list of priority goods you may choose from—but any relevant donation beyond the list is equally valued and will be used for other prizes and gifts for the learners.

WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU that our event has been postponed to a future date. Our esteemed guest, Mr. Jose Mari Chan, has an unavoidable schedule conflict, and no suitable venues are available on the alternative dates this December.

In addition, the recent typhoons and ongoing inclement weather have made event preparations difficult. More importantly, many communities have been severely affected, and we believe that extending help to the victims must take priority at this time.

For our first anniversary, with the full support of our scholars, we have decided to hold a gift-giving outreach activity for a chosen elementary school greatly affected by the typhoons. We will be sharing more details about this initiative soon, and we hope for your generosity and support.
