On September 17, 2026, police officers of the Manila Police District (MPD) gathered at Victory-Taft for a conversation on Leadership Development, drawing lessons from the life of King David.

The discussion highlighted key qualities of leadership: moral ascendancy, humility, integrity, the fear of God, and character development.

Because true leadership is not simply about leading others—it begins with leading oneself well.

When their mental, emotional, physical, and relational well-being is neglected, the effects can extend beyond the individual—affecting decision-making, family relationships, community engagement, and public trust.

Behind every law enforcer’s badge is a human being, and behind that person is a family that provides strength, support, and a sense of purpose. A strong family bond can help nurture resilience, manage stress, and remind our men and women in uniform of what they are ultimately protecting: the people they love and the communities they serve.

Investing in the well-being of our law enforcers is not a luxury—it is a necessity.

For more than two months, the Philippine National Police – 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, under the leadership of Lt. Col. Richard Agrade, in partnership with Pamilya Muna Pilipinas, Inc., conducted the 7Fs Work-Life Alignment Program for its police personnel.

The program culminated on September 15, 2026, at Camp Narciso Ramos, Tayug, Pangasinan, marking another meaningful step toward strengthening not only the men and women in uniform, but also the families and communities they serve.

Because when we strengthen those who protect us, we strengthen the families and communities they are called to serve.

The Manila Police District (MPD) continues to live out its “Manila’s Finest” legacy through the MPD Leadership Empowerment Program, integrating Pamilya Muna Pilipinas’ 7Fs Work-Life Alignment Program.

The 3rd cohort, composed of police precinct and station commanders, was launched in partnership with Victory-Taft on August 20, 2026. Focusing on Family and Be A Better Dad Today, the session highlighted an important truth: strong families are the hidden backbone of effective law enforcement.

When police officers are strengthened at home, they are better equipped to serve and protect their communities with integrity, resilience, and purpose.
