The Manila Police District is known as “Manila’s Finest” because of their exemplary police service. The men and women of MPD aim to uphold and actively demonstrate this tagline. In partnership with PMPI and Victory-Taft, MPD developed the MPD Leadership Empowerment Program, utilizing the 7Fs Work-Life Alignment Program. The goal of the program is to develop each MPD personnel to be God-centered, family-based, and service-oriented.

F – Faithful to Family
I – Integrity in Finances
N – Noble in Fulfillment (Leadership Development)
E – Empathetic in Friendships
S – Steadfast in Faith
T – Tenacious in Fitness and Fun

The first session focused on family, using the book “Be A Better Dad Today” at Victory-Taft, University Mall, Taft Ave., Manila, last October 9, 2025, with 40 personnel, mostly Chiefs of Clerks from various police stations in Manila.

It was an incredible two days in Tagbilaran and Fort Bonifacio last September 25–26, 2025, for our back-to-back parenting seminars.

Sometimes, parents get caught up in the busyness of life and unintentionally overlook how it affects their children. These seminars serve as powerful reminders of the importance of being intentional, present, and responsible—of becoming better dads and better moms. ❤️

I was moved by Aga Muhlach’s wisdom when he said, “You gotta love your wife talaga. Because yung pagmamahal mo sa asawa mo, pag mahal na mahal mo, nakikita ng anak mo yan growing up. When your daughter or your son sees that love and respect that you both have, nagreresonate sa kanila yun, it becomes them too, they become that kind of a person who’s full of love and respect…”

What a beautiful reminder that marriage is never just about two people. It becomes a living lesson, a daily classroom where children learn what love looks like.

They see it in the way a father honors their mother. They feel it in the way a mother cherishes their father.

Children don’t just listen to what we teach. They absorb what we live.

And when what they see at home is patience, kindness, and devotion, they grow into men and women who carry the same.

Aga is right. Loving your spouse is not only a gift to your partner, it is a lifelong inheritance you hand down to your children, an inheritance far greater than wealth, because it shapes who they become.

The Philippine Marines Corps’ in partnership with Pamilya Muna Pilipinas, Inc. conducted the 7Fs Work-Life Alignment Program (Part 1) last September 10-12, 2025, at the Marine Base Gregorio Lim, Ternate, Cavite.

Discussed were the 3Fs: Family, Finance, and Friends. This group is known as the elite group of the Marine Corps with their tagline - “Silent, Swift, and Deadly”.

They are all seasoned warriors and fighters, but in the end, they are still fathers and husband who have unconditional love for their families they left at home.

STAND IN THE GAP!
“I looked for someone who might rebuild the wall of righteousness that guards the land. I searched for someone to stand in the gap in the wall so I wouldn’t have to destroy the land, but I found no one.” — Ezekiel 22:30

The Philippine Army’s 1st Installation Management Battalion held a leadership seminar entitled COURAGEOUS: A Study in the Life of Elijah.

Elijah stood out because of his:
⚔️ Courage
📖 Conviction
💎 Character
🤝 Credibility
In the middle of darkness and corruption, he chose to stand for God — and people listened.

Over 100 soldiers were equipped and inspired last August 20-21, 2025 at Camp S. Aquino, Tarlac City.

On this International Youth Day, we are reminded that true inheritance is not what we leave in our bank accounts, but what we plant in the hearts of the next generation. Let’s commit to raising youth who are strong in character, rich in compassion, and steadfast in faith, building homes that inspire hope for years to come.
