Last year, we experienced the heartbreaking disappearance of 13 cats from the property. Following this, we made the difficult but necessary choice to remove the remaining cats to keep them safe.

Since then, their journeys have taken different paths. Some of the cats have found loving homes through adoption, some remain under our direct care, and a few are still out there since they are too elusive to be safely trapped. We also continue to receive messages that some kind-hearted residents look after them whenever possible.

Two of the cats we took into our direct care are Burp and Minchin. They are from the original colony we used to manage, and both are spayed and vaccinated.

Your donations have helped support their medical needs and daily care. Burp is still bravely battling a viral infection and continues to need treatment and support. Minchin, on the other hand, has sadly passed away a few weeks ago. We are deeply grateful that we were able to give her care, comfort, and love in her final days.

In line with our commitment to transparency, we are sharing our latest financial summary. This includes all donations received, expenses and the remaining balance of funds. Bank transactions and medical records have also been posted on this Facebook account and can be viewed by browsing through our previous posts.

Maraming salamat po sa inyong kabutihan at pagmamahal. May the Lord bless you all!

𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐏 𝐁𝐔𝐑𝐏 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐋 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐃 𝐀 𝐇𝐎𝐌𝐄

We recently lost Minchin, and our hearts are still grieving. 💔

But despite everything, we will continue caring for the very few community cats who survived the “disappearances” last year. They still need us and we won’t give up on them!

Our sweet girl Burp had a full check-up last April 10. 𝐒𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (𝐆𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐚, 𝐅𝐞𝐋𝐕, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐮𝐬) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠. She’s currently on vitamins, supplements, and a special diet to support her recovery.

She is scheduled to go back to the vet after a month. We are humbly asking for any kind of help to cover the cost. No amount is too small. 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐠𝐨 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰-𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞.

She deserves a safe, loving space where she can heal and be cared for. If you’re able to foster or adopt, please message us. 🏡🐱

If you’re unable to donate or foster, simply sharing this post and keeping her in your prayers means so much.

Let’s help Burp recover and give her the loving home she deserves. 💛

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️

𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐘 𝐎𝐅 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐍 🤍

Minchin passed away last night.

She fought as hard as she could, and we held onto hope with her every step of the way.

It breaks our hearts that she didn’t get the long, peaceful life or the forever home she deserved. But we are grateful that, in her time with us, she was shown that she mattered.

She was named after Ms. Minchin because she seemed indifferent. And yet, we came to know there was more to her than that. In her own way, she sought connection. Keeping her distance, yet always present, always watching.

Minchin was loved in the gentle, quiet ways that matched who she was. In the caring glances, in the effort to keep her safe and nourished, in the people who learned her rhythms and respected her space.

To everyone who prayed with us and donated for her treatment, maraming salamat po for your kindness. Your generosity helped carry her through her hardest days and gave her the care she deserved.

Mahal ka namin Minchin.

Rest now, little one. 🤍

Minchin, who quietly lived at Satori long before most of us ever stepped into it, is currently at the vet.

We are doing everything we can, to the very best of our resources, to help her pull through.

Minchin, though you have always kept your distance, you have never been invisible to us. We can only hope that you have felt our love.

We are holding onto hope for your healing. And beyond this fight, we are still hoping for something more. That you will find a forever home where you can feel safe, cared for, and at peace.

Please continue to pray for her. 🙏

Minchin was rushed to the vet today. 💔
Her kidney condition remains severe, and she needs continuous care.

She is currently confined, but she can’t stay much longer as we are also struggling to cover her medical bills.

Minchin has no permanent home and urgently needs someone who can truly look after her and give her the care she deserves.

We are hoping to find a kind adopter who can open their heart and home to her. 🙁🙁🙁

𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐎𝐍 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐍 🐾

Our little fighter Minchin has been diagnosed positive with viral diseases. It’s been tough, but we’re doing everything we can to help her recover.

Medications started last March 20:
• Thrombo Pro – once a day for 14 days (until April 2)
• RenalVet Capsule – twice a day for 30 days (until April 20)
• Nacalvit – daily supplement
• Royal Canin Renal pouch – 1 pouch per day

We are humbly asking for any help to support Minchin’s treatment and needs. Any amount would mean so much to us. 🙏

Last year, 13 cats went missing here at Satori Residences. For their safety, we had no choice but to remove the remaining community cats from the property.

We managed to rescue and rehome most of them and we are so grateful to everyone who helped. ❤️

𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 — 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧, 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐩, 𝐓𝐨𝐟𝐮, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤𝐲.

Two have now been living in cages for over 6 months. While they are safe, this is not the life they deserve. The prolonged confinement has greatly affected their quality of life. They deserve a real home.

🏡 𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐥

We are urgently looking for permanent, loving homes for these sweet souls. They have already been through so much, and we truly hope someone will open their heart and home to them.

If you are interested in adopting (or fostering with intent to adopt), please message us directly.

💉 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝

Minchin and Burp require medical care, including dental treatment and possible teeth extractions. Both were previously diagnosed with FCoV and need further check-ups and tests to confirm their current condition.

The veterinary costs are significant, and we are seeking donations to help cover their medical expenses.

If you are unable to adopt but would still like to help, any contribution(big or small) will go directly toward their medical care.

This is no longer just heartbreaking; it is a serious safety issue within our community. Our shared spaces must be safe for residents and for the voiceless animals who live among us.

Drivers, please observe speed limits, stay alert, and take responsibility inside basement areas. A few seconds of carelessness can take a life.

We strongly urge management to consider speed humps and additional safety measures to prevent further tragedies.

This is what negligence looks like. And the world needs to see this — because silence only allows it to continue.

‼️ 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐮𝐧‼️

Since the loss of our community cats last June 2025, the vacuum effect has become evident, with new cats seeking shelter in our community.

Last night, we experienced another heartbreaking hit and run incident. Thankfully, a supporter witnessed the incident and informed us, otherwise, we would not have known at all since the housekeeping staff immediately recovered the body from the driveway. Sadly, the cat did not survive.

Additionally, just a few weeks ago, there was another incident involving a new cat who was found with a severely damaged jaw, with his face covered in blood. While the exact cause remains unknown, the severity of his injuries strongly points to hit and run.

Due to what happened last night, we are respectfully asking for the support of the Satori PMO in issuing a reminder on speed limits within the property. Other DMCI properties have done the same after similar incidents that led to the death of one of their community cats, and we believe that this simple reminder can help prevent more heartbreaking and irresponsible incidents.

We continue to fear for the safety of the cats in this community, especially after the sudden disappearance of our beloved community cats last June whom we still love, remember, and pray for every day.

We sincerely hope that the cats who now seek shelter here will be spared from band-aid and ineffective solutions such as removal or relocation without our knowledge.

We are still hopeful for this community and for the future of the cats in this space. Coexistence is still possible with compassion, responsible TNVR (Trap, Neuter, Vaccine, Return) efforts, and a shared commitment to keeping both residents and animals safe.
