The future of tech is being uploadedโ€ฆby GIRLS. ๐Ÿ‘

Meet Ling Ling, 17, a sponsored child and budding vlogger. By sharing her voice online, sheโ€™s showing the world that young girls have a place in shaping the digital space, whether thatโ€™s on social media, in the classroom, or beyond.

This Day, we celebrate girls like Ling Ling who are showing up, speaking out, and taking part in the technology revolution. ๐ŸŒ

Meet the Eco-Scouts! Youth leaders under ChildFund Philippines and XAES Foundation Inc. โ€™s Environmental and Community Resilience and Sustainability (ECRS) Program, who are actively protecting and nurturing their mangrove forest in Zamboanga del Norte.

Together with fellow Eco-Scouts, these young leaders care for the mangroves as part of a locally led environmental preservation effort, showing how children and youth participation strengthens community resilience and safeguards ecosystems for generations to come.

This , we celebrate young people turning care into action, and growing a more sustainable future from the ground up.

They may be small now, but theyโ€™ve already got lifetime ownership of this planet. ๐ŸŒ

Itโ€™s week, and weโ€™re celebrating the tiny and not-so-tiny humans whoโ€™ll one day run this place (no pressure). Itโ€™s also the perfect time to start teaching kids how to love and protect our planet.

Got a fun, creative, or slightly genius way you teach kids to care for the planet?

Drop it in the comments! Weโ€™re stealing ideas (for a good cause). ๐Ÿ˜

When schools are safer, children are better protected.

DepEd Philippines Pasay and ChildFund Philippines recently gathered school heads and guidance counselors to strengthen child protection and digital safety through the Safe School Program. The initiative, supported by the , helps schools act early and respond better to risks children face online and in their communities.

With partners EXL Philippines and Gems Heart Outreach Dev't. Inc , this work turns safeguarding into daily practiceโ€”inside classrooms and beyond.

In a world of make believe and big dreams, courage starts young. โœจ

Meet Michael, 6, a sponsored child who may be shy at first, but becomes a super awesome crime fighting superhero with his friends once the mask is on.

This , we honor the courage of Filipino heroes who stood for our freedom, and the everyday heroes who gently remind us that valor can be found in the simplest of things, like choosing to stand up for children, so kids like Michael can continue to know their rights and grow into their full potential.

When children are free to dream, play, and imagine, hope naturally growsโ€ฆ and thatโ€™s something we all help protect. ๐Ÿ’š

Learning doesnโ€™t stop, and online safety is part of the lesson. ๐ŸŒ

Weโ€™re excited to announce the launch of Digi PACT and the Pro Digital LOOP Lesson Guides, teacher developed and MATATAG aligned learning materials that support Math, English, and Science while helping learners build safe and responsible digital habits.

Through the Pro Digital LOOP Project, ChildFund Philippines and Gems Heart Outreach Dev't. Inc , in partnership with ChorUgusan for Children and DepEd Philippines Schools Division Office of Manila (SDO Manila), these materials integrate child online safety into everyday learning and will soon be available through the SDO Manila E Library, reaching over 10,000 learners across 10 public schools in Manila.

As Mr. Charlie O. Fababaer, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent of SDO Manila, shared, โ€œTechnology must be a tool for growth, not a gateway for harm.โ€

This is just the beginning. ๐Ÿ’š

Partners from ChildFund Philippines, UNICEF Philippines, FACE, Inc., Ha Uman Association, Inc., and the Department of Health, together with local health offices and LGUs, gathered for the Program Implementation Review (PIR) of the RISE-REP CDS 3 Plus last February 24โ€“25, 2026 at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel in Quezon City.

The PIR highlighted a 34% increase in Fully Immunized Child (FIC) coverage from 2024 to 2025 across the three priority intervention areas of RISE-REP CDS 3 Plusโ€”Camarines Sur (Region V), Leyte (Region VIII), and the Special Geographic Areas in BARMMโ€”surpassing the program target of a 20% increase.

Additionally, the programโ€™s technical support enabled eight (8) of the 18 priority LGUs to secure funding for immunization through approved budgets or local policies. This reflects growing local government commitment to sustaining routine immunization efforts, demonstrating progress toward strengthening health systems and ensuring that gains in immunization coverage can be maintained beyond the duration of project support.

The review also served as a platform to reflect on how collaborative technical supportโ€”from August 2025 to February 2026โ€”has helped strengthen routine immunization and health systems in priority intervention areas. It reminds us that lasting impact is made possible through partnership and collective action.
