When you love, you get to know the person, and eventually be a better person for them.

This is also what we do as Christians. We love because He first loved us. He gave us His only begotten Son to save us from our sins. His love can be felt through the weight of His sacrifice. This act helped us to know Him more. But through His words we got to know Him deeper. As He challenged us to accept Him as our Lord and Savior, He called us to turn away from sin and have complete faith in God.

As we close our Module 1 of our CLP, let us revisit how Tito Jong challenged us to turn away from sin and let God control our life.

Bro. Lawrence introduced us to the Word who was in the beginning, who was with God, and was God.

We know Him as the Son of Mary and Joseph, the Messiah born in a manger, and the one we celebrate during Christmas. During the Talk 2, Bro. Lawrence made us know Him deeper. He is our savior and redeemer because He forgive sins. The cross is a symbol of God's love to us that even if you are the only person in the world, He would still die on the cross for you so that you can experience that loveโค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ. But this symbol is meaningless without resurrection because it is the conclusive proof that ๐—๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜‚๐˜€ ๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—Ÿ๐—ข๐—ฅ๐——.

Who is Jesus Christ to you, brothers and sisters? Because for us, He is our organic encounter๐ŸŒฑ. We met so unexpectedly just when we thought our life was made (sounds familiar๐Ÿค”? prolly because of the song Walk on Water!!๐Ÿคฉ)

Brothers and sisters, if we feel that we are unworthy of His love because of our sins, let us always be reminded that God is forgiving and God is loving. Sapagkat ang pagmamahal ng Diyosโ€”kahit gaano pa tayo kakulit, kahit ilang beses pa tayong magkamaliโ€”patuloy Niya tayong minamahal. He doesn't look at our past mistakes; He looks at our willingness to return to Him. He is always right there, waiting for us to come home.
