Firefighters (historically firemen) are rescuers extensively trained in firefighting, primarily to extinguish hazardous fires that threaten civilian populations and property and to rescue people from dangerous incidents, such as collapsed and burning buildings. The increasing complexity of modern industrialized life with an increase in the scale of hazards has created an increase in the skills needed in firefighting technology and a broadening of the firefighter-rescuer's remit.

We are inviting all available members, friends, and colleagues who would like to join us in honoring our fallen friend and brother for his final ride.
