[CEREMONIAL SIGNING OF THE PASIG HOUSING RESTRUCTURING AGREEMENT] 🏠💙

Isang malaking hakbang patungo sa mas matatag na pamilyang Pasigueño! Inilunsad ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Pasig, sa pamamagitan ng Pasig Urban Settlements Office (PUSO) at ng Sangguniang Panlungsod, ang Housing Loan Adjustment Program sa ilalim ng Ordinance No. 60 (Series of 2024).

Sa pamamagitan ng programang ito, nabigyan ng patas at makataong solusyon ang 1,683 housing awardees mula sa In-City Housing Projects (BLISS I-VII) na naharap sa pagkakautang dulot ng pandemya, implasyon, at kawalan ng tiyak na kita.

💡 Flexible Payment Plans: Restructuring of monthly amortizations into manageable, non-punitive payment terms.

🛠️ Alternative Payment Options: Ang mga kwalipikadong benepisyaryo ay may option na mabawasan ang utang sa pamamagitan ng community work katulad ng urban gardening, waste management, at iba pang serbisyo pambarangay.

✅ High Community Participation: Umabot sa 911 awardees (54%) ang nag-enlist sa programa, at 828 sa kanila (90%) ang matagumpay na nakakumpleto ng requirements para sa PUSO endorsement!

Sa ginanap na ceremonial signing, muling pinatunayan ng Pasig City na ang pabahay ay hindi lamang tulong, kundi isang karapatang dapat pangalagaan.

Naniniwala tayo na ang pinakamahalagang regalo na maaari nating ibigay ay ang pagkakataong mabuhay ang iba. Ang isang bag ng dugo ay maaaring maging simula ng bagong pag-asa para sa ating mga kapwa Pasigueño.

Sa darating na April 19, 2026 (Linggo), magkakaroon po tayo ng "Bloodletting Project" na gaganapin sa ating pamayanan. Inaanyayahan po namin ang lahat ng mga residente ng Pasig Bliss Village III, mga taga-Barangay Maybunga, at ang buong publiko na makiisa sa makabuluhang gawaing ito.

Ang inyong pakikibahagi ay hindi lamang isang donasyon; ito ay isang pagpapakita ng tunay na pagkakaisa at pagmamalasakit—ang diwa ng : Serving Hearts, UniHealth -Sta Rosa, Bliss III Admin Office, at mga Organisasyon sa loob ng Pabahay sa Pangunguna ng Samahan Kababaihan - Bliss III sa Lungsod ng Pasig.

Medical/Safety: Must be Physically Fit and must submit a Signed Waiver Form.

🌊 Strengthening Discipline & Disaster Preparedness in Bliss Communities
Yesterday, February 26, 2026, two important seminar-orientations were successfully conducted at the Westbank Community Center, Brgy. Maybunga, bringing together Bantay Pabahay Volunteers, Bliss & Habitat Administrators, and partner agencies in a unified effort to promote public order and community safety.
The first session focused on the implementation of Ordinance No. 26, s. 2024, equipping our frontliners with proper enforcement, sanitation, and discipline guidelines to maintain a clean and peaceful housing environment.
The second orientation highlighted Flood Drill Preparedness for Bliss 3, ensuring clear evacuation routes, defined roles, and coordinated emergency response among partner agencies and volunteers.
Through these initiatives, we continue to build a safer, more disciplined, and disaster-ready community for every Pasigueño. 💙

Preparedness is our best defense! Earlier today, February 26, 2026, a crucial Flood Drill Orientation was held at the Westbank Community Center (WCC), Bliss 3.

Under the proactive leadership of Kap. Arnold "Barok" Alvarez, this session was conducted to synchronize our emergency response protocols and ensure the safety of every family in the Bliss 3 community. By practicing our coordination now, we ensure a faster and more organized response during actual calamities.

📢 Advancing Public Order & Community Discipline: Seminar-Orientation on Ordinance No. 26, s. 2024

Order and discipline are the foundations of a thriving community! Earlier today, on February 26, 2026, our Bantay Pabahay Volunteers (BPV) and Administrators from Bliss 1-7 and Habitat 1, along with Barangay Maybunga Representatives, gathered at the Westbank Community Center for an intensive training session, underscoring our commitment to a cleaner and more orderly housing environment.

🚫 Strengthening Enforcement in Common Areas

The orientation focused on the strict implementation of Pasig City Ordinance No. 26 (Series of 2024) and other vital public order regulations. Our frontliners are now better equipped to handle:

🐾 Animal Welfare & Sanitation: Proper disposal of animal waste and the humane catching of stray animals.

👕 Public Decency: Addressing bystanders not wearing proper clothing (shirtless) in common areas.

🚭 Health & Peace: Curbing smoking and loud videoke sessions that disrupt the neighborhood’s peace.

📜 Compliance: Taking action against those not abiding by established housing rules and regulations.

🎫 Professionalism in Ticketing & Enforcement
A key highlight of the day was the technical training on how to issue tickets (OVR) to violators. Volunteers were briefed on the proper legal references and documentation needed to ensure that enforcement is fair, transparent, and legally sound.
