WHAT: WATER SAFETY TRAINING
(Basic Swimming, Basic Water Safety & Rescue, and Lifeguarding)
WHEN: August 17-22, 2026 (Monday-Saturday)
WHERE: Pope Pius XII Catholic Center, 1175 United Nations Avenue, Paco, Manila

TO REGISTER -
1.) Pre-Requisites:
* Should have a VALID Philippine Red Cross First Aid Training
* For Lifeguarding – should have a certificate for Basic Swimming and Basic Water Safety & Rescue from Philippine Red Cross
2.) Training Fees:
Basic Swimming – P2,500.00
Basic Water Safety & Rescue – P3,500.00
Lifeguarding – P5,000.00
3.) Other expenses like: entrance fee/usage of swimming pool, food, transportation, accommodation, etc., that will incur during training will be shouldered by the participant. Amount depends on the # of participants in the batch.
4.) Number 3, includes the activities in Anilao, Batangas as part of evaluation towards the end of the training.
5.) Be physically (and mentally) fit and prepared.
6.) You may register at Philippine Red Cross Pasig-Pateros Branch, 611 Shaw Boulevard, Pasig City - fill-out forms and pay the training fees to reserve your slot.

Together, we take another step toward a healthier, TB-free community!

The Philippine Red Cross Rizal Chapter – Pasig-Pateros Branch successfully conducted the Tuberculosis (TB) Champion Training on July 29–30, 2026, in partnership with the Alliance for Improving Health Outcomes (AIHO) and the Pasig City Health Office, strengthening our commitment to TB awareness, prevention, and community health.

This training empowered participants with the knowledge and skills to become TB Champions—advocates who will help raise awareness, promote early detection, encourage treatment adherence, and reduce the stigma surrounding tuberculosis in our communities.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our partners, resource speakers, and all participants for their commitment to advancing public health. Together, we can create informed, healthier, and more resilient communities.
