‎Five Saturdays. Countless lessons. One transformed heart.

‎As we conclude the Maxwell Pasig Next Gen. Leadership Camp, we are reminded that leadership is not merely about the talents people see, but about the character we build when no one is watching.
‎
‎Like an iceberg, only a small portion of leadership is visible, our skills and achievements. Beneath the surface lies something far greater: our values, integrity, humility, and purpose. After all, "Talent is a gift, but character is a choice.”
‎
‎Today's session challenged us to know who we are before deciding what we will do. We reflected on our personal identity, the values we choose to live by, and the kind of leaders we aspire to become. Because it is not our abilities alone that keep us standing, it is our character that keeps us grounded.
‎
‎Over the past five Saturdays, we have grown not only as leaders but also as individuals. We leave this journey with renewed purpose, stronger character, and hearts committed to serving others.

‎This may be the final session of the camp, but it is only the beginning of the leaders we are becoming.
