Lead the Champions: Team Manager Wanted!
The Jiu-Jitsu Federation of the Philippines (JJFP) is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive Team Manager.
If you are a master of coordination, a dedicated advocate for athletes, and ready to represent the country on the international stage, we want you to lead our national team’s administrative operations.
The Role: Team Manager
As Team Manager, you are the vital link between our athletes and the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) and the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC). You will ensure that our champions are supported, documented, and ready for battle.
Key Responsibilities:
• PSC Coordination: Manage all athlete-related administrative matters, including the timely monthly submission of athlete attendance documentation for allowances.
• Medical Oversight: Facilitate and submit medical reimbursement requests to the PSC to ensure our athletes receive the best care and recovery support.
• POC Liaison: Act as the official federation representative to the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) for multi-sport events (such as the SEA Games, Asian Games, and Indoor Martial Arts Games).
• Logistics Management: Oversee team requirements during training camps and international deployments.
• On-the-Ground Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for the team during international competitions.
What We’re Offering
• Financial Compensation: A competitive monthly stipend/salary.
International Travel: Travel with the national team for multi-sport events and international championships (airfare, accommodation, and allowances covered).
• Prestigious Environment: The opportunity to work at the highest level of Philippine sports and contribute to our nation's medal count.
Who We Are Looking For
• A Professional Liaison: You possess excellent communication skills and can navigate government and Olympic bureaucracies with ease.
• Highly Organized: You never miss a deadline—whether it’s a monthly attendance sheet or a complex accreditation form.
Athlete-Centric: You are passionate about sports and dedicated to the well-being and success of our athletes.
• Experience: Previous experience in sports management or working with the PSC/POC is a significant advantage.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work during weekends or holidays during major competitions.
