The Jiu-Jitsu Federation of the Philippines (JJFP) is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive Team Manager.

If you are a master of coordination, a dedicated advocate for athletes, and ready to represent the country on the international stage, we want you to lead our national team’s administrative operations.

• Logistics Management: Oversee team requirements during training camps and international deployments.
• On-the-Ground Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for the team during international competitions.

What We’re Offering
• Financial Compensation: A competitive monthly stipend/salary.
International Travel: Travel with the national team for multi-sport events and international championships (airfare, accommodation, and allowances covered).
• Prestigious Environment: The opportunity to work at the highest level of Philippine sports and contribute to our nation's medal count.

Who We Are Looking For
• A Professional Liaison: You possess excellent communication skills and can navigate government and Olympic bureaucracies with ease.
• Highly Organized: You never miss a deadline—whether it’s a monthly attendance sheet or a complex accreditation form.
Athlete-Centric: You are passionate about sports and dedicated to the well-being and success of our athletes.
• Experience: Previous experience in sports management or working with the PSC/POC is a significant advantage.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work during weekends or holidays during major competitions.
