One of our biggest takeaways from Pastor Neil Smith’s message:

Think like a king.

There may be moments when we feel inadequate, undeserving, or even question why God placed us in a position of leadership. But God doesn’t make mistakes.

If He has entrusted you with a business, a company, a team, or a leadership position, He has a purpose for that platform.

As business owners and leaders, our businesses are more than vehicles for profit—they are platforms for God’s glory.

So instead of asking, “Am I worthy of this position?”
Let’s ask, “How can I maximize this platform for God?”

👑 Lead with purpose.
💼 Build with integrity.
🙏 Steward what God has entrusted.
✨ And use our influence to glorify Him.

Think like a king—not because of who we are, but because of who placed us there.

Vision is not just about having big dreams—it’s about creating clarity.

Thank you to Juan Lee for sharing practical insights from the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework. It was a powerful reminder that businesses grow when leaders have a clear vision that everyone on the team understands and works toward.

A vision answers questions like:
✅ Where are we going?
✅ Why do we exist?
✅ What values guide our decisions?
✅ What does success look like?

Without clarity, even the most talented team can end up moving in different directions. But when everyone is aligned around one vision, decisions become easier, priorities become clearer, and growth becomes intentional.

As a Christian, I was reminded that while business frameworks help us execute effectively, our ultimate vision should always be aligned with God’s purpose.

“Where there is no vision, the people perish…” — Proverbs 29:18 (KJV)

The Difference Between Chasing Success and Seeking God

But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, "and" all these things will be added to you." — Matthew 6:33

One point from our speaker, So-Young Kang really stood out.

Many of us think the verse says, Seek first the Kingdom of God, "for" all these things will be added to you." But the Bible doesn't say "for." It says "and."

That one word makes a big difference.

We don't seek God because we want success, profit, or blessings. We seek Him because He is worthy of being first in our lives. "And" as we put Him first, He faithfully provides what we truly need.

As business leaders, it's easy to focus on targets, growth, and opportunities. But our greatest priority should always be God's Kingdom. When we build our business on His principles—with integrity, excellence, and faithfulness—we can trust Him with the results.

Success is not just about growing a business. It's about honoring God in the way we lead, serve, and make every decision.
