A Reflection on Hope and Resurrection this Easter Sunday 🌅✝️

“He is not here; He is risen.”
— Matthew 28:6

This Easter Sunday, the Rank and File Employees’ Association of Rizal Medical Center rejoices in the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Today is a celebration of hope fulfilled. From silence to joy, from sorrow to victory, the resurrection reminds us that God’s promises endure and His love brings new life.

His rising is more than a moment in history. It is a living message that even in our darkest days, light will prevail. That no struggle is without meaning, and no hardship is without the possibility of renewal.

A Reflection on Quiet Strength this Holy Saturday 🕊️

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
— Galatians 6:9

This Holy Saturday, the Rank and File Employees’ Association of Rizal Medical Center joins in prayerful reflection as we wait in hope.

This is a day of silence and trust. A sacred pause between sorrow and joy, where we are invited to remain still and reflect deeply. It reminds us that even when all seems quiet and unmoving, God continues His work in ways beyond our understanding.

In moments of waiting, it is not always easy to remain patient. Uncertainty can challenge our faith, and silence can feel heavy. Yet Holy Saturday teaches us the value of quiet strength. The strength to trust without seeing. The strength to remain faithful without immediate answers.

A Reflection on Sacrifice this Good Friday 🙏✝️

“He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might live for what is right.”
— 1 Peter 2:24

On this Good Friday, the Rank and File Employees’ Association of Rizal Medical Center joins in solemn remembrance of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

In silence and reflection, we remember His suffering, His humility, and His boundless love. Through the cross, He offered Himself completely, bearing pain with mercy and responding to suffering with forgiveness.

This sacred day calls us to reflect not only on His sacrifice, but on how we live our own lives. In every act of compassion, in every moment of patience, and in every quiet sacrifice for others, we echo His love.

This Maundy Thursday, the Rank and File Employees’ Association of Rizal Medical Center joins in reflecting on the love and humility of Jesus Christ.

“Babaylan sa Ngayon: Women’s Forum and Wellness Activity.”

Sa pangunguna ng Rank and File Employees Association (RAFEMA) katuwang ang Gender and Development Committee, nagkaisa ang ating mga kawani upang ipagdiwang ang lakas, kakayahan, at kahalagahan ng kababaihan sa ating institusyon.

💆‍♀️ Wellness / Pampering Activity
Nagbigay ng pagkakataon sa ating mga empleyado na magpahinga at alagaan ang sarili bilang pagkilala sa kanilang dedikasyon at serbisyo.

📚 Lay Forum on Women’s Rights
Tinalakay ang mahahalagang batas na nagtataguyod sa kapakanan ng kababaihan:

• Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act (R.A. 9262)

Ang mga aktibidad na ito ay nagpapaalala na ang tunay na malasakit sa kapwa ay nagsisimula sa pangangalaga sa sarili, at ang kaalaman sa karapatan ay susi sa isang ligtas at makatarungang kapaligiran.

The Rank and File Employees’ Association of Rizal Medical Center (RAFEMA) proudly celebrates the achievement of:

🏅MS. MARIVIC C. LANTICAN

of the Ophthalmology Department for successfully passing the August 2025 Career Service Examination conducted by the Civil Service Commission.

Ms. Lantican has been a dedicated employee of Rizal Medical Center for 12 years, consistently contributing to quality patient care and efficient service delivery within the Ophthalmology Department. Her commitment to professional growth reflects the core values upheld by RAFEMA in promoting competence, integrity, and excellence in public service.

A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Ms. Lantican demonstrates that lifelong learning remains essential in government service. She was also a graduate of RAFEMA Career Service Examination Review 2025, highlighting her discipline and perseverance in reaching this milestone.
