Education remains one of the most powerful tools for breaking the cycle of poverty — yet nearly 4 in 10 college students in the Philippines are unable to finish their studies, often due to financial struggles.

Through the Narratives Project, NarraSoft continues to support underprivileged students by partnering with Passerelles numériques, a nonprofit that empowers youth through IT education and professional training.

During our visit to their Cebu center, we met the bright, determined students whose stories remind us why access to education matters — not just for individual growth, but for the progress of communities as a whole.

“The best time to plant trees was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.” 🌳

Last Saturday, our NarraSoft team met up bright and early at 6AM and traveled all the way to San Ysiro, Brgy. San Jose, Antipolo to plant 300 seedlings — a mix of jackfruit and soursop trees. 🌿

This meaningful activity was made possible through our partnership with DENR PENRO Rizal, as part of our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability. 💚

Huge thanks to everyone who took part in this meaningful cause! Your time and effort contribute to a greener and healthier future. 💚

🌍 Sierra Madre Day: Protecting Our Natural Shield 🌍

As we observe Sierra Madre Day, we are reminded of the vital role that the Sierra Madre Mountain Range plays in protecting our nation. Often called the “backbone of Luzon,” it serves as a natural disaster shield, mitigating the impact of typhoons and preserving countless lives and communities.

Especially during typhoon season, Sierra Madre’s forests and ecosystems are essential in reducing floods, preventing landslides, and maintaining climate resilience. Beyond protection, it is also a haven of biodiversity and home to indigenous communities that depend on its resources.

At NarraSoft, we believe in the power of sustainability, environmental stewardship, and collective action. Preserving Sierra Madre means building resilience, protecting livelihoods, and securing a future for the next generation.
