Peace isn’t just a word — it’s a choice we make every day.

The recent Youth Empowerment Peace Class reminded everyone of the power of dialogue, reflection, and unity. Through meaningful activities and heartfelt sharing, students were inspired to become advocates of peace in their schools and communities.

On November 17 2025, HWPL–IPYG, in collaboration with the University Scholars’ Association of the Philippines – PLP Chapter, successfully hosted a peace seminar themed “The Power of Youth: Go Beyond!” at the PLP Library, attended by students and student leaders for impactful conversations on peace education.

Thank you to everyone who shared their insights and passion. Your participation continues to build bridges of harmony across communities and nations.

Kaisa ng PLP Supreme Student Council at ang Inang Pamantasan ang mga eksekutibo at mga miyembro ng lupon (board members) ng USAP - PLP sa adhikaing labanan at burahin ang kurapsyon sa hanay ng mga sangay ng gobyerno.

Mabuhay ang mga tumitindig laban sa kurapsyon sa ngalan ng pagkakaroon ng mabuting pamamahala hindi lamang sa isang lungsod, kundi sa buong bansa!

Ang PLP Supreme Student Council ay tumitindig para sa bayan. Bilang mga lider-estudyante, hindi kami mananahimik at hindi kami papayag na manaig ang katiwalian. Ang tiwala ng sambayanan ay sagrado, at tungkulin nating ipaglaban ang isang lipunang tapat, makatarungan, at makabayan

With it's staunch commitment to establishing the foundation of peace, the USAP-PLP Executives and Board Members attended both the Peacemaker Film Showing at the Shangri-La Mall and the 3rd National Peace Convention at the M.I.C.E. Convention Center in Quezon City.

There, in both unforgettable events, the USAP-PLP proudly represented PLP as a vessel for peace, and brought home new profound insights on how to better define 'peace', as well as new knowledge on Mindanao beliefs and culture about peace and safety.

The Oath Taking Ceremony conducted yesterday on July 1, 2025 was an important event for all newly appointed executives within PLP. This unforgettable ceremony included the newly sworn in USAP-PLP Executives as they pledge their time, responsibility, and dedication to serving the organization and the university.

May the new executives bring USAP-PLP to even higher places that will allow them to further enhance their leadership and communication skills.

𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐝 || June 28, 2025

The search for new executive members has now been concluded after 5 days of time has been provided to interested and aspiring student leaders.

Thus, the recently posted Google Form link for executive applications will no longer be receiving responses. Meanwhile, a total of 8 applications have been received by the organization and each application will be reviewed and given a final verdict.

If the applications of the applicants are accepted, they will be granted their desired positions and all approved members will be posted on this page after the Oath Taking Ceremony of all executive student leaders in PLP.

We would like to thank all applicants and those who are interested for approaching USAP with the intent of exploring new dimensions in student leadership!

From an organization that has only begun its service, to an organization that has collaborated with different external parties both in the national and international levels.
