The team packed bags, materials and supplies before departing from Tabuan Lasa, traveling back by boat to the mainland.

Upon arrival, the volunteers visited the base of the 6th Special Forces “Lionheart” Battalion for a courtesy call and fellowship BOODLE FIGHT lunch hosted by the battalion. It was a memorable experience. During the gathering, conversations highlighted the importance of strengthening mental health and psychosocial support initiatives, including possible future partnerships for community-based mental health caravans in Isabela and nearby areas.

The team later divided into two groups. One group returned to Casa Zamboanga, while another proceeded to Sumagdang Bless Center to visit and encourage members of the community.

The fifth day marked the closing of the HopeSparks Caravan with gratitude for the collective efforts of volunteers, partners, local leaders, and communities who helped make the initiative possible. Through collaboration and shared service, the caravan was able to provide medical assistance, mental health awareness, psychosocial supportLGU Tabuan Lasa activities, and meaningPhilippines General Council of the Assemblies of God (PGCAG)ing areas.

Following the team briefing and preparations, volunteers proceeded back to Brgy. Bukut Umus and were divided into six groups to conduct a house-to-house information drive to emphasize how to use the distributed HOPE Bag within the community.

During the visits, the volunteers engaged with families, shared words of encouragement, explained the contents and proper use of the emergency HOPE Bags, and spent time listening and connecting with residents in their homes.

A total of 26 households were visited during the outreach activity, reaching 86 individuals within the community. The activity became more than just a distribution effort, but also an opportunity to build relationships and provide psychosocial support through presence and care.

The remainder of the day allowed volunteers time for rest, reflection, and team fellowship after several days of continuous community engagement and outreach work.

The caravan was made possible through the support of LGU Tabuan Lasa in collaboration with Philippines General Council of the Assemblies of God (PGCAG) Medical team, and partnership of Lionheart Battalion and the 20th Special Forces "Dos Equis" Company
