Today, February 22, we proudly celebrate the life and vision of 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗻-𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹, the 𝙛𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩. 🌍 What started as a simple camp in 1907 grew into a worldwide movement that continues to shape millions of young people through leadership, service, and strong character.

Baden-Powell believed that the youth are 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒐𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒐𝒘—but the 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒐𝒅𝒂𝒚. ✨ He saw courage in challenges, strength in teamwork, and greatness in small acts of kindness. His legacy reminds us that true leadership is found in serving others and standing firm in our values.

On this Founder’s Day, may we be inspired to 𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒑𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚. 💚 May we continue to help others, protect our communities, and always do our best in everything we do.

𝐎𝐍 𝐌𝐘 𝐇𝐎𝐍𝐎𝐑⚜️

🔥On February 13 and 14, with pride and gratitude, we celebrate the successful conduct of the 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 alongside the 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐲𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩 of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines at Rizal High School.

These past days were more than just a program on paper. They were a reminder of what it truly means to be a Scout. The Investiture Ceremony marked a meaningful step for every new member who promised to live by the 𝑺𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝑶𝒂𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑳𝒂𝒘. It was not just about wearing the neckerchief or badge, but about accepting the 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒆, 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒅, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕.✊

⛺The Backyard Camp, on the other hand, strengthened bonds that cannot be built inside a classroom. Through shared tasks, teamwork, laughter, and even small challenges, we saw leadership, discipline, and unity come to life. Every tent pitched, every activity completed, and every moment of cooperation reflected the true spirit of scouting.

To the Scout leaders, organizers, volunteers, and participants, thank you for your dedication and hard work. Your effort made this event safe, organized, and truly memorable. To the newly invested Scouts, may this be the beginning of your journey toward becoming responsible, service-oriented, and principled individuals.

Soon, the grounds of Rizal High School will witness young hearts standing tall, uniforms worn with pride, and promises spoken with courage.

The Investiture is not merely a ceremony,it is a quiet yet powerful beginning. It is the moment when ordinary students choose to become extraordinary servants of God, country, and community. As the Scout Oath echoes in unison, it will carry with it dreams of leadership, whispers of responsibility, and the steady flame of honor that refuses to fade.

And as the sun sets, our Backyard Camp will come alive, tents rising like symbols of unity, laughter blending with the evening breeze, and friendships forming like unbreakable knots. Around the campfire’s gentle glow, stories will be shared, lessons will be learned, and spirits will be strengthened.

This is where discipline meets adventure.
This is where brotherhood grows deeper.
This is where leaders are quietly shaped.

‎The recently concluded Council Scout Youth Forum 2026 was more than just an event, it was a gathering of young leaders who chose to speak with purpose, listen with respect, and lead with integrity. It was a space where ideas were challenged, perspectives were widened, and confidence was built one voice at a time.

‎Throughout the forum, we were reminded that leadership does not begin with authority, but with courage, the courage to stand, to be heard, and to say the words that define participatory leadership: ‘Mr. Chair, may I be recognized?’ In that simple phrase lies discipline, respect, and the willingness to take responsibility for one’s thoughts and actions.

‎CSYF 2026 showcased the power of youth engagement, proving that today’s Scouts are not just preparing for the future, they are actively shaping it. As we move forward, may the lessons, friendships, and leadership values formed in this forum continue to guide us in service, excellence, and unity.

We are happy to share the successful conduct of the first 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 of this year‼️, where we had the opportunity to learn about 𝗛𝗔𝗠 𝗥𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.📻

The activity helped us understand how radio communication works, especially its importance during emergencies and disaster situations.

Through hands-on demonstrations and discussions, we gained new skills, enjoyed the learnings, practical knowledge, and a deeper appreciation for teamwork and preparedness.

As the year ends, we look back on everything we’ve shared as an 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐟𝐢𝐭.🫂

We faced challenges, felt tired, and made mistakes, but we stayed together. We showed up, learned from each other, and grew not just as Scouts, but as 𝒃𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒔 and as 𝒇𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒚.✨
