Hello, friends! Good afternoon! Here is our accomplishment report for June 2026 📝

Between January 2026 and June 2026, the Cats of Sorrento volunteer group was able to have 14 community cats spayed or neutered at low-cost kapon clinics such as Biyaya Animal Care and CARA Welfare Philippines ❤️ This brings our total kapon count (since 2022) to more than 240! We are immensely grateful for the support you have given and continuously give through the years. We would not have been able to do this for the community cats without your emotional and monetary support. So thank you!

An additional 11 community cats were also rehomed to homes and adopted by individuals from different parts of the Greater Manila Area 🏡 This brings our total adoption count (since 2023) to more than 70! We are truly happy for our community cats who have found love and care in their homes. If you have adopted a community cat from Sorrento, thank you very much! You are a certified cat lover 😊 Your act of kindness not only gave a community cat a home, but also allowed to us to care for more community cats.

For the rest of 2026, we hope to conduct more kapon, facilitate more adoptions and update the anti-rabies vaccinations of our community cats. Good afternoon, folks! We hope everyone is having a restful and peaceful weekend 🍃

Petunia's kittens are also enjoying the weekend at their foster. When they are not eating and sleeping, they are playing with each other or asking for attention. Their foster mama gives them attention when she can, but between everyday responsibilities such as work and volunteering, Petunia's kittens only receive limited attention. As such, we believe that it is still best for Petunia's kittens to get adopted into homes and families that can spend more time with them ❤️ If you want to learn more about the personalities of Petunia's kittens, please let us know 😊

Hello! Good evening, folks! Here's BeeGin with her siblings BeeTux and BeeCal ❤️

As mentioned in an earlier post, all three Bee kittens had eye infections since they were born in an area of the community with dust and rust, and they evaded the volunteers for weeks. Thankfully, all three Bee kittens have recovered from their eye infections and are doing much better.

Right now, the Bee kittens are being fostered by a kind volunteer. They spend most of their time either playing with each other or resting on the couch as shown below.

The Bee kittens are gentle and affectionate, and they deserve to be adopted into loving homes. If you or anyone would like to adopt any of the Bee kittens, please let us know ✉️
