On April 17, 2019, Republic Act No. 11313 or the Safe Spaces Act was enacted to address gender-based sexual harassment in public settings, workplaces, schools, and online platforms. It strengthens protection mechanisms and promotes a culture of accountability and respect in every setting.

Seven years later, the call remains the same. Makibahagi, manindigan, at kumilos. Together, let us make safe spaces a daily reality for all.

LIBRENG SAKAY PARA SA MGA SOLO PARENTS!

Dahil Solo Parents Week, may Libreng Sakay sa MRT-3 mula Abril 15 hanggang 18; at sa LRT-2 sa Abril 18 ang mga Solo Parents na may Solo Parent Identification Card (S**C). Ito ay isang taos-pusong pagkilala sa inyong katatagan, sakripisyo, at walang kapantay na pagmamahal.

Isang makabuluhang inisyatibo din ito ng DSWD, katuwang ang Department of Transportation - Philippines, bilang pagpupugay sa lakas at dedikasyon ng bawat Solo Parent na patuloy na lumalaban para sa kanilang pamilya.

Hinihikayat ang mga Solo Parents na mag-apply para sa Solo Parent Identification Card (S**C) sa kanilang mga local government unit (LGU) para makakuha ng mga benepisyo na nakatadhana sa batas.
