Day 2 of the 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙡𝙪𝙗𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙐𝙉𝙀𝙎𝘾𝙊 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 of UNESCO Clubs Philippines hosted by St. Paul University Philippines on March 13-14, 2026. The event was graced by Dr. Ivan Anthony Henares (Secretary General, UNACOM), Sr. Merceditas Ang, SPC (President, SPUP), Dr. Serafin Arviola (Chairman, NCBUCP), Ms. Michelle Dulay (Program Coordinator, UNACOM), Mr. Maynard Ventura (Youth Development Officer, Cagayan) and Board Members of NCBUCP.

The event was participated in by over 200 youth leaders and advisers from 24 UNESCO-accredited clubs from Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao and Kalinga.
