Good Evening, Rotary Club of Tagaytay City,
Protocol has been observed, but please allow me to greet PP Aris Villaester, Rtn Belen Granada, my fellow members, and most especially our Incoming President.
Tonight, my heart is full.
First, let me thank you for allowing me to serve you this past year. Being your United Chosen President was never just a title to me. It was a promise I carried every single day — to serve with humility, to lead with heart, and to love this club like family.
To PP Aris — you believed in me when I doubted myself. Your guidance was my compass, your trust was my strength. You didn’t just mentor a president. You stood by a younger brother. I will carry that with me for life. Thank you, Sir Aris.
To IPP Lovely, to my officers and members , you were my anchor through every storm. We faced challenges that tested us, but we chose to face them together. And together, we rose. Platinum Awardee. Outstanding President. These are not my awards. They are ours. Every project, every late night, every “kaya natin ‘to” — that was all of us.
To our Incoming President, ICP Jojo Bathan , I pass this torch to you with so much pride and peace. I know our club is in good hands because I know your heart. Continue what we started, but more importantly, make it your own. We are all behind you, cheering you on, ready to serve beside you.
To our incoming members — welcome home. You are now part of a family that shows up, that serves, and that loves without condition. Thank you for saying yes to service above self.
This year changed me. Rotary gave me purpose. You gave me family.
Let us always protect the respect and protocol that binds us as Rotarians, but never forget the love and service that define us.
Maraming, maraming salamat po. I am forever grateful to have served with you, and for you.
