The BULB (Bagong Usbong ng Lingkod Bayan) that has been organized in the Philippines is an answer to the long desire of the church to minister to the spiritual and social needs of Seventh-day Adventist church members who are in government service. This church’s lay-organized agency can connect the church leadership with our elected, appointed and career empl

oyed public servants. Tha IAAPA (International Association of Adventists in Public Affairs) has been wanting to see organizations gaining affiliation with this Church’s ministry in order to help us minister to a vast number of public servants. Let us make BULB a forum where church leaders and members in public service can interact with each other and generate stronger desire to get involved in the proclamation of the everlasting gospel of Jesus Christ.
