The Boy Scouts of the Philippines Pasay City Council successfully conducted its Court of Honor on July 18, 2026 (Saturday), 1:00 PM at Jose Rizal Elementary School.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙮 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙡 𝙍𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙎𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙞𝙧𝙘𝙡𝙚 1, 𝘾𝙞𝙧𝙘𝙡𝙚 2, 𝘾𝙞𝙧𝙘𝙡𝙚 3, together with the 𝙀𝙖𝙜𝙡𝙚 𝙎𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙧 𝙎𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙨 participated in the “𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲” ceremony for the 128𝙩𝙝 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙁𝙡𝙖𝙜 𝘿𝙖𝙮 held today at 𝗦𝗠 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮 alongside the different partners and organizations of SM.
This meaningful celebration marks the beginning of the National Flag Days observance from 𝗠𝗮𝘆 28 𝘁𝗼 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 12, commemorating the bravery, patriotism, and sacrifices of the Filipino people. As scouts and young leaders, we proudly stood in honor and respect

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙮 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙡 𝙍𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙎𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙞𝙧𝙘𝙡𝙚 4, 𝘾𝙞𝙧𝙘𝙡𝙚 9 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙞𝙧𝙘𝙡𝙚 357 together with the 𝙀𝙖𝙜𝙡𝙚 𝙎𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙧 𝙎𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙨 joined the 128𝙩𝙝 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙁𝙡𝙖𝙜 𝘿𝙖𝙮 celebration at 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 as part of the nationwide observance from 𝗠𝗮𝘆 28 𝘁𝗼 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 12.
Gathered beneath the colors of our nation, the scouts paid tribute to the Philippine flag as a symbol of courage, freedom, and unity. The ceremony served as a reminder of the sacrifices of our heroes and the responsibility of every Filipino youth to continue fostering nationalism, service, and leadership in the community.

𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 | Last May 24, 2026, at the Mt. Makiling National Scout Reserve our proud Rover Scout–Eagle Scout Awardee, and Eagle Scouts officially becomes a bona fide members of the National Eagle Scouts Association of the Philippines (NESAPh) under NCR Chapter No. 4 – Rajah Sulayman.

This remarkable achievement reflects your dedication to Scouting, commitment to service, and exemplary leadership. Your induction into the country's premier honor society of Eagle Scouts is a testament to the values and principles you have upheld throughout your Scouting journey.

The Council takes pride in your accomplishment and joins your fellow Scouts, Scout Leaders, and families in celebrating this significant milestone. May you continue to serve as role models to the youth and carry forward the spirit of Scouting in your communities and beyond.

𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗨𝗔𝗟 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗟 𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | The Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Pasay City Council proudly participated in the Annual National Council Meeting (ANCM) 2026, one of the most significant national gatherings of the Scouting movement in the Philippines.

Bringing together Scout leaders, council representatives, and delegates from across the country, the ANCM served as a platform to discuss vital matters, present national reports, and make important decisions that will help shape the future direction of Scouting in the Philippines. The event also strengthened collaboration among councils through the sharing of effective programs, best practices, and initiatives focused on youth development and community service.

During the gathering, delegates took part in discussions on national priorities, proposed amendments to the BSP National By-Laws, leadership elections, and recognition ceremonies that celebrated excellence and dedication in Scouting. More than a formal meeting, the ANCM became an opportunity to strengthen unity, fellowship, and a shared commitment to building responsible and service-oriented young leaders.

The participation of the Pasay City Council reflects its continued dedication to supporting the mission and vision of Scouting through active leadership, collaboration, and meaningful involvement in programs that contribute to the growth of the organization and the betterment of Filipino youth and communities nationwide.
