The Pasay City Council officially announces the details for the upcoming Opening Program. All delegates, Scouts, and Scout Leaders are requested to take note of the following information and comply accordingly:

Venue:
Jose Rizal Elementary School – Gymnasium

Attire:
Type A Uniform
• With official neckerchief
• Black carabao slide
• Proper grooming and complete uniform are strictly required

Call Time:
All participants are advised to arrive early to ensure a smooth and orderly program.

Let us all observe discipline, unity, and proper decorum as we formally begin this meaningful activity. Your cooperation and punctuality will contribute to the success of the event.
