Islands of Southeast Asia Network on Male and Transgender Sexual Health (ISEAN) or formally known as Insular Southeast Asia Network of MSM and Transgender was founded in 2009, during The Insular Southeast Asia Consultation on Male-To-Male Transmission of HIV, in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia from August 4th till 6th (prior to 9th ICAAP). Countries included in ISEAN are Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Timor Leste (based on APCOM Sub-Region list).
