Meet Rebecca O. Esguerra, fondly known as Ma’am Pinky whose ethical standards in accounting serve as the foundation for maintaining integrity and transparency in financial reporting. Now serving as Administrative Officer II, Ma’am Pinky plays a vital role in ensuring efficiency such as managing cash collections, disbursements, and liquidations. Through her commitment to proper fund utilization and adherence to auditing standards, she helps ensure that government resources are responsibly managed for the benefit of all.
As a former Gender and Development (GAD) Focal Person, she championed initiatives that advanced gender equality and inclusivity within the institution. She made sure that capacity development programs shall be provided to the school personnel to enhance skills on gended sensitivity training and gender - responsive planning that whall recommend policies in advancing women’s status and child protection.
Her journey reflects how women lead not only with competence, but with purpose, driving systems that uphold trust, service, and accountability.
