Captured from the recent ROFG performance at The Metropolitan Theatre for CCP’s Pasinaya 2026, Kailihan draws inspiration from the heartfelt practices of Cordilleran communities. Through grounded movement, ritual-inspired gestures, and resonant rhythms, the performance honors expressions of gratitude, prayer, and communal harmony.

We celebrate and acknowledge the living cultures that continue to shape our understanding of people, land, and ancestry—reminding us to appreciate and respect the depth of these cultural traditions.

The work reflects expressions of gratitude and supplication offered for abundance, protection, and harmony, conveyed through grounded movement, ritual-inspired gestures, and resonant rhythmic structures. In performance, it underscores the enduring relationship among people, land, and ancestry as understood within these cultural contexts.
