The NAAP - College Red Cross Youth Council, in collaboration with all the Student Organizations and Publication of the National Aviation Academy of the Philippines - Villamor Campus, is relaunching AGAPAY: Care Through Connection—a Free Mobile Load Assistance Program, an emergency response initiative aimed at supporting the academic community by providing mobile load assistance during times of calamity.

This project will once again extend its support to members of the academic community, made possible through the collective efforts of the following Student Organizations and Publication:
- NAAP Supreme Student Council - Villamor Campus
- Aeronautical Engineering - Air Transportation Student Organization
- PhilSCA Avionics Organization, Villamor Campus
- AISERS - Philsca Villamor
- AMT Student Organization, NAAP Villamor
- Elite Technologist Society - VAB

Due to the expected impacts of the Southwest Monsoon—including power interruptions, internet disruptions and heavy rainfall—the relaunch of this initiative aims to help families and students maintain connectivity during these challenging times.
