Following another meaningful year of service throughout the academic year 2025–2026, the PhilSCA/NAAP - College Red Cross Youth Council formally announces the deactivation of the Blood Request Information Network (BRIN), which has continuously served as a vital platform linking blood donors to those in need.

We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who supported this initiative and to every donor who became part of this network. Your willingness to help has made a lasting impact on many lives.

| Advisory on Smoke Exposure from Landfill Fire

The Pasay City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office advises the public to wear face masks when going outdoors due to reported smoke coming from a landfill fire in Navotas—which may affect different areas across Metro Manila.

Residents are encouraged to limit extended outdoor activities, keep proper airflow inside their homes, and closely observe the condition of vulnerable individuals such as children, the elderly, and those with respiratory illnesses. Although the fire is not located within Pasay, authorities warn that smoke particles can still travel and be inhaled in nearby cities.

The public is reminded to stay cautious, follow health safety measures, and seek medical attention if any discomfort or breathing issues occur.

As we begin the electoral season for the 4th Executive Committee, we are proud to present CONE, the official Electoral Board ensuring a fair, transparent, and organized election process.

In line with Article VI, Section 1.3, of the Constitution and By-laws of the PhilSCA/NAAP - College Red Cross Youth Council, CONE manages election materials, voter registration, and the rules for submitting nominees and candidates.

This committee embodies the Red Cross Youth principles of service, neutrality, and impartiality, ensuring that elected leaders truly represent the council’s voice and are ready to serve with purpose and heart.
